Therefore, strategies have been applied to reduce overweight through lifestyle changes. Objective: to investigate the effects of two multidisciplinary intervention programs on the health-related physical fitness of obese women with pain symptoms in the knees. This paper studies the criminal liability of legal persons, which has suffered a deep reform with the organic law 1/2015, after being introduced in Spain in 2010. This reform has brought important modifications and news, as the creation of an exemption of liability through the adoption of compliance programs, which supposes a change in the so called model of transfer of liability, that existed before. Parallel to this transformation in the Spanish criminal code, in Peru recently the law 30424 has come into forth, which contents a corporate liability model, very similar to the one foreseen in Spain. Both models of liability and the possibility of its exemption raise doubts about if they really tried to penalize legal persons or not.

This research aims to compare some variables with students enrolled in a Higher Education Institution (IES) pursuing distance-virtual undergraduate programs. The sample included students from the Faculty of Distance Studies (FAEDIS) at the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG). A parallel was drawn between the 2015-II and 2024-I periods, comparing economic, demographic, and institutional aspects. A descriptive methodology was used, using a survey instrument that corresponded to a sample of 15.2% of the enrolled student body. The above shows that a significant proportion of the students who responded were between 22 and 35 years old, indicating a young adult population. This paper initially describes aspects of the modeling of structures equipped with energy dissipators Shear Link Bozzo (SLB) and develops two iterative design procedures to select these devices. This methodology is applied to a precast 5-story reinforced concrete building. The SLB energy dissipation devices are initially stiff, but ductile with a range of yielding forces from 36 kN to 900 kN characterized by 52 + 52 standard devices.
