En los últimos años, como parte del proceso de internacionalización de la educación superior, se observó un crecimiento en la oferta de programas para estudiantes extranjeros. Entre ellos, se encuentran los programas de study abroad y muchos de ellos incluyen un curso o clase para iniciar o avanzar en el aprendizaje del idioma local, el español en el caso del Perú. En este artículo, se hace una referencia breve a la historia de estos programas y a cuáles son las diferencias entre ellos, cuáles son los tipos de programa que se ofrecen en el Perú, y a cuestiones de oferta y demanda frente a la enseñanza de español para extranjeros. Finalizamos con una observación preliminar sobre las posibilidades del mercado e indicamos cómo la aparición de la pandemia global ocasionada por la COVID-19 ha afectado a este tipo de programa.

Cross-sectional studies are characterized by the simultaneous measurement of exposure and the outcome of interest. They are the ideal design to estimate prevalence, analyze the diagnostic accuracy of a test and validate instruments, for which it is essential to control information bias, selection, and confusion either by design or by analysis. It is also crucial to choose the appropriate association measure for each outcome of interest, call the odds ratio for rare events, and the prevalence ratio for frequent events. Finally, for its writing and publication, it is recommended to review the STROBE and STARD guidelines.

The primary objective of the research was to determine the extent to which the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program changes the study habits in the academic performance of students in the last years of secondary school. Study habits such as study techniques, organizational skills, exam-preparation techniques, and techniques used in class, as well as students’ level of distractibility, were analyzed and compared. The study used a longitudinal design with three time points and a control group. The study started with a sample of 73 students; however, due to experimental mortality, the work was performed with 50 students, of which 29 made up the control group and 21 the experimental group. Los centros de enseñanza superior afrontan, de modo constante, nuevos retos y exigencias. Los profesionales requieren una formación cada vez más especializada, pero sin dejar de lado aspectos que la hagan integral, pues una visión holística es fundamental en los tiempos que corren. La rigurosidad académica debe ser adecuada y compatible con las demás obligaciones de un profesional que también estudia. Hoy en día, saber liderar y trabajar en equipo son requisitos necesarios para que alguien pueda consolidarse y crecer en el ámbito laboral. De otra parte, el aspecto ético y los valores sellan la calidad humana de un profesional. Es por ello, que al momento de elegir un programa de maestría debemos evaluar detenidamente todas estas variables.

La concepción de este trabajo tuvo como premisa la siguiente frase: “Los autos son los juguetes de los hombres”. Pensamos que sería interesante que los modelos a escala de la oficina de Kike Pérez (conductor y fundador del programa) cobraran vida y le dieran una atmósfera lúdica a la presentación. Por eso optamos por trabajarla en stop motion, pues de ese modo podríamos darle a los autos un “soplo de vida” y recrear la imaginería propia de nuestra niñez.

Materials and Methods: This research corresponds to a quasi-experimental study, which consist of the elaboration and application of a brief stress reduction program in workers of the Puericulture area of the INMP. The population consisted of 45 workers, 30 of whom complied with the inclusion criteria for the pilot study, from which a sample of 15 participants was distributed, by convenience, for the experimental group and 15 for the control group. El programa social de transferencias condicionadas de efectivo, programa Juntos, se implementó en el 2005 con el objetivo de reducir la pobreza extrema en las comunidades rurales más vulnerables. En el Perú, el rostro de la pobreza es indígena de acuerdo con el último censo del 2017. Después de 17 años, solo una minoría de grupos indígenas que viven en comunidades indígenas, 6.65%, acceden al programa. This paper studies the criminal liability of legal persons, which has suffered a deep reform with the organic law 1/2015, after being introduced in Spain in 2010. This reform has brought important modifications and news, as the creation of an exemption of liability through the adoption of compliance programs, which supposes a change in the so called model of transfer of liability, that existed before. Parallel to this transformation in the Spanish criminal code, in Peru recently the law 30424 has come into forth, which contents a corporate liability model, very similar to the one foreseen in Spain. Both models of liability and the possibility of its exemption raise doubts about if they really tried to penalize legal persons or not.

Este estudio aborda el incremento de trastornos ansioso-depresivos en contextos de separación conyugal, mediante el análisis de un caso clínico de una mujer de 54 años con ansiedad y depresión moderadas, pensamientos disfuncionales, retraimiento emocional y baja tolerancia a la incertidumbre. El objetivo fue describir el caso, establecer una línea base diagnóstica e propuso un programa de intervención psicológica basado en Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual (TCC) para reducir síntomas y fortalecer estrategias de afrontamiento adaptativo. We report the results of an experimental study with two randomized groups pre and post-test, which seeks to determine the effects of the implementation of an interactive program on the reading comprehension of children in 5th grade in a rural area of the province of Yungay in the Department of Ancash. The analysis of data collected through the Reading Comprehension Test of Linguistic Complexity Progressive (CLP) Alliende, adapted by Delgado and processed with SPSS v. 18, to conclude that the interactive reader used in the experimental group shows a significant increase in reading comprehension scores compared with those obtained by the control group.
