This text is part of a research paper called: "The influence of ABP on the development of critical thinking skills." Taking into consideration the main foundations established by Barrows (1982) regarding the ABP methodology, this pedagogical practice is introduced as a means to promote PC skills in higher education students. Likewise, the text serves as a reference for the teaching community in its search for the application of new active learning strategies that generate in its students formative aspects of a socio-critical nature with respect to their environment.

La presente investigación evalúa cuán relevante los estudiantes consideran las clases CLIL (El Aprendizaje Integrado de Lengua y Contenido) y las actividades basadas en tareas para desarrollar habilidades de lenguaje y contenido. La investigación muestra la importancia de planificación de lecciones y actividades utilizadas por los maestros de CLIL como una estrategia para mejorar el aprendizaje del idioma y el contenido. Para ello, la investigación es cuasi experimental porque compara los resultados de un solo grupo de estudiantes. Finalmente, esta investigación contribuye con información sobre cómo los maestros de CLIL pueden apoyar y motivar a sus alumnos para que hablen en el aula utilizando las estrategias y técnicas adecuadas para ayudarlos a desarrollar sus habilidades de contenido y lenguaje.

The purpose of this work was to determine the influence of challenge-based learning for the development of digital skills in students of an Ica institute. To achieve the objective, the following methodology was obtained: experimental type, quantitative approach and pre-experimental design. The objective of this study was to determine the influence of Project-based learning (PBL) as a learning strategy on the achievement of research competencies of students in the fifth cycle of Mathematics, Computing and Informatics Professional Career in the Faculty of Education Science at National University of Huancavelica. The main objective ofthis research was to determine how influential a workshop based on the free play time methodology in the sectors to develop social interaction skills is in three-year-old children. The sample used was of 20 children, both boys and girls. A social interaction skills questionnaire by Inés Monjas Casares was applied to the sample. A comparative study of the improvements in cognitive and emotional skills is presented between an outcome-based curriculum, with innovation of active methodologies (2012-II), and a competency-based curriculum (2018-I), aiming to develop generic and specific competences by improving these skills. The evaluation of cognitive and emotional skills was done by adapting the Reuven’s Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory Survey (EQ-i). The survey was conducted twice in each semester. The results were compared to determine if there were improvements between the first and second surveys in each semester and between both curricula.
