This article addresses tutorial and citizen development in high school students, the objective was to establish the relationship between the tutorial action and the development of democratic and intercultural citizenship exercise competencies in fifth grade students of the secondary level of public institutions of Network No. 06 of Callao. The research was quantitative, not experimental, descriptive correlational, basic and cross-sectional. The population was composed of 489 students, the sample being determined by 215 students, who were applied a questionnaire as a survey to collect information. The results show that there is a moderate and positive relationship between the tutorial action and the development of the competencies of the democratic and intercultural citizenship exercise, given that the Spearman's Rho is 0.404, with a significance value of p = .003 compared to the α = .05...

La investigación aborda el tema acerca de la tutoría, así como el desarrollo de competencias ciudadanas, democráticas e interculturales, teniendo como objetivo determinar la relación entre acción tutorial y su relación con el desarrollo de las competencias del ejercicio ciudadano democrático e intercultural en estudiantes del quinto grado del nivel secundaria de la Red N° 06 del Callao – 2017. The study begins with the conception of children with special needs and an anthropological research is carried out in perspectives of the actor on mathematical reasoning skills and interviews of their three teachers about their difficulties, alterations and disorders. The research method is an ethnographic fieldwork. The results show lack of mathematical skills specifically in numerical calculation; observing disorder, combination of simultaneous operation between addition and subtraction, attention deficit during the reading of a problem so they fail to systematize, identify data for algorithmic operations

This article addresses the issue of university pedagogy based on generic skills to develop critical thinking skills, the objective was to measure the influence of university pedagogy based on generic skills in the development of critical thinking skills in students in the I cycle from the National University of San Martín, 2019. The research was quantitative, quasi-experimental design, experimental type, the population was made up of 420 students, the sample determined by 180 students, to whom a questionnaire was applied as a survey to Collect the information.
