The heavy freight transportation sector has been positioning itself stronger in the sector as a result of the increase in imports and exports in Peru, which has generated a 5.6% increase in its GDP. According to the above, it is essential to identify the stages of the processes, maintenance plan, availability of trucks, as well as the quality of freight transportation. A fundamental part of these con- siderations is the maintenance management and the restructuring of the stages of the service process, the model proposed by this research is the use of tools such as VSM, BPM, and TPM, whose main objective is to reduce the current rate of orders delivered out of time of 4.78 %, generated by a poor organization of the administrative and logistics area. After the implementation through a pilot plan within the company, a reduction of 0.72% was obtained.

OBJECTIVE : To evaluate the impact of a preventive - emotional intervention, based on the community to improve knowledge and iron intake of pregnant women with anemia. METHODS : The study was conducted in marginal urban areas of the Southern Cone of Lima - Peru , 76 anemic women were surveyed in the 2nd trimester, predominantly young (50 %, 17% adolescents). Objetive: To evaluate the effectiveness of coca tea to reduce work stress in the administrative staff in a university. Material and methods: The questionnaire for the detection of work stress of the ILO / WHO was applied to two groups of workers, experimental (10) and control (10) using a simple randomization. A cross over experiment was done in 31 days using coca tea and water for each group. Wilcoxon analysis was used to compare groups before and after the test, and the U Mann Whitnney test was used to compare the experimental and control groups. Results: Decrease of work stress was found in the score of the group who drank coca tea (from 71,2 to 68,6), but was not statistically significant (p> 0,05). This study introduced and evaluated ‘Grow for it!’, a school-based multicomponent intervention designed to enhance adolescents’ Future Time Perspective (FTP) and Growth Mindset (GM) to reduce school stress and improve learning and motivation. A total of 323 Dutch students were randomly assigned to the intervention or control group. The intervention group showed a significant decrease in test anxiety over time, and reported higher FTP, learning investment, GM, and intrinsic motivation at post-test. However, these effects did not persist longitudinally, limiting evidence of the intervention’s overall effectiveness. Nevertheless, our study provided valuable insights into the combined potential of FTP and GM in influencing academic outcomes and highlighted the need for more research about the role of positive adaptive beliefs.

Introduction: Empty nest syndrome is a psychological disorder that carries significant emotional implications for parents when their children leave home. Common experiences include anxiety, depression, lack of coping strategies and family dysfunctionality. Objective: The purpose is to design a psychotherapeutic intervention plan aimed at mitigating the emotional effects of empty nest syndrome in older adults. This study was performed in an agro-industrial milling company with the aim of reducing operative costs over the production and manteinance areas. The company's data was obtained through an interview and documentary analysis. Initial diagnosis was made using the following methods: SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces, PESTLE analysis, IFE and EFE Matrix, Ishikawa diagram and Pareto chart. An improvement plan was designed including tools related to Production Management and Manteinance Management: Demand Forecasting, MRP, Preventing Manteinance Plan, Transport network optimization, SRM and Process Standarizing. A clinical Flow Cytometry laboratory underwent a diagnosis of its TAT indicator over a period of one year, finding an excess of 3,83 hours or 15,94% with respect to the 24-hour sector range. The response time (TAT) in a clinical laboratory is an indicator that measures the efficiency and quality of the service offered by delivering results reports on time. A TAT within the established parameters makes it possible to offer rapid treatment to patients, respond to the demand of an aging population and combat limited resources. El programa social de transferencias condicionadas de efectivo, programa Juntos, se implementó en el 2005 con el objetivo de reducir la pobreza extrema en las comunidades rurales más vulnerables. This represents annual sales of around 11,000 million soles, which corresponds to 29% of the agricultural GDP.
