This paper, resume a research that had as objetive build a future scenario to 2040 for programs that promote the innovation in Perú, inside the competitive intelligence. In order to achieve this goal, it considered a simple of 10 experts of differents organizations, and Through the implementation of interviews and surveys It was possible to identify 37 variables of the system, of which 23 were considered as keys, and with them built the future scenario. It’s a prospective research, therefore based on consultation with experts, the main difficulty encountered he resided in the availability of these; however, this was solved.

La educación dental a nivel de pregrado se enfoca en la formación de estudiantes para convertirse en clínicos exitosos con sólidos criterios de diagnóstico y habilidades técnicas, listos para resolver las necesidades de los pacientes. Durante este período, los estudiantes de pregrado concentran sus esfuerzos en obtener el mayor conocimiento posible de la odontología, siguiendo los contenidos especificados en el plan de estudios, y adquiriendo las habilidades a través de una serie de requisitos clínicos que aumentan progresivamente en dificultad a lo largo de los semestres. Por otro lado, otros aspectos como las habilidades suaves, definidas como cualidades interpersonales, de autopromoción y no técnicas, no están siendo adecuadamente abordadas, especialmente a nivel de pregrado.

This investigation was done in order to identify students with low levels of protective factors in suicidal risk (assertiveness, effective communication, self-esteem, decision making), evaluated with a questionnaire Ad Hoc (authors) and complementary the suicide risk, assessed with the Suicide Risk Questionnaire of Plutchik, in130 students of second, third and fourth year of a State School in the town of Huánuco, Peru. 29% (38 students) fulfill the inclusion criteria mentioned. We prepared and implemented a program to increase the protective factors mentioned and have an indirect influence on the suicide risk or other problems associated with unsatisfied needs found. Objective: To determine the influence of an educational intervention program to promote attitude changes towards physical activity and lifestyle improvement in medical technology students of a private university. Materials and methods: A quantitative, quasi-experimental, longitudinal, prospective study. The study sample included 94 students, divided into two groups: A (experimental group) and B (control group), which were created and designed by the author, and lasted 12 sessions in the Academic Semester 2016-II. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of an educational program to promote changes in knowledge, attitudes and practices of adolescents about sexually transmitted diseases (STIs, HIV / AIDS) in the national school Illathupa Huánuco 2006-2007. Was applied pre and post test using a structured questionnaire with questions that allowed the balancing of both groups on Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of (STIs, HIV / AIDS). The sample consisted of 116 adolescent students of the 4th year of secondary education, 66 for the experimental group and 50 in the control group. Este artículo presenta los resultados de un estudio de Young Lives sobre el impacto y las percepciones del Programa Nacional Wawa Wasi, un programa del gobierno peruano para niños pobres de entre seis y 48 meses. Hasta ocho niños pasan cinco días a la semana en un centro de Wawa Wasi donde son asistidos por un cuidador cuidadosamente seleccionado de la comunidad local. Los resultados sugieren que los niños que han pasado en al menos seis meses en un centro tienen indicadores similares en el motor grueso, el lenguaje y el motor fino desarrollo a los niños que se han quedado en casa. Objective. To evaluate the effectiveness of an ocular health education program on healthy behaviors related to myopia progression in fifth- and sixth-grade primary school children in 2023. Methods: An analytical, quasi-experimental, longitudinal, and prospective study was conducted. The independent variable was the educational program, while the dependent variable was healthy behaviors regarding myopia progression. The sample consisted of 116 primary school students, divided into an intervention group and a control group. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo conocer cuáles son los factores que determinan la insatisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Lely Special Corporation SAC durante el 2017. Se caracteriza por ser cuali-cuantitativo de diseño descriptivo no experimental. Para la obtención de los datos estadísticos se utilizó la encuesta, cuyo instrumento es la encuesta de opinión; el mismo que se aplicó a una muestra de 76 colaboradores con edades que fluctúan entre 20 a 63 años de edad, que ocupan el cargo de auxiliares de despacho en el área de distribución de líquidos. De acuerdo al análisis estadístico se concluye que el 48,68% se encuentra en desacuerdo con la satisfacción con la labor que realizan y el 51,32%.
