For this, it review free software alternatives and analyze the implementation of one of them call Blender. The results it traduce in a high acceptation grade of this software in the students, it can see in the students comment and results of their tests.

This paper focus the problem related to the scientific character of the prospective, especially in its study object, so the problem is: Is the prospective a science?. The answer of this problem it is planted in three parts: first a short review by the origins of the futurology, then the future conception to the prospective and at the end it focus in its study object; everything based in a bibliographic research.

This paper shows, in a general way, the results of the prospective study to the public universities to 2040. To make this analisys it designed and applied the Multi–Scenario Method; which is useful to make studies when the experts cannot be gathered to apply the prospective tools. This method is explained in order to be applied in similars studies.

El presente artículo muestra en forma general los resultados del estudio prospectivo a las universidades públicas al 2040. Para realizar el análisis se diseñó y aplicó el método Multi–Escenario, el cual es útil para estudios en donde no se puede reunir a los expertos para aplicar herramientas prospectivas. Este método es explicado y esquematizado a fin de que pueda ser replicado en estudios similares.

La presente investigación buscó dar solución a la problemática de calidad y productividad de los subprocesos de fileteado y envasado del proceso de elaboración de conservas de pescado de una Empresa. Se empleó la metodología DMAIC (Definir, medir, analizar, mejorar y controlar) y la aplicación de las herramientas Six Sigma en cada etapa de dicha metodología. Se logró mejorar el subproceso de fileteado, atacando la presencia de defectos en el pescado fileteado reduciendo en un 63,19% el nivel DPMO (Defectos por millón de oportunidades) y mejorando la productividad de las obreras que filetean el pescado cocido en 8,37%. Por último, se logró normalizar el subproceso de envasado y disminuir su variabilidad (peso en g por lata) para la mejora de la capacidad del proceso de envasado llegando a un nivel Cpk de 0,65 y Z de 2σ. The objective of this study is to evaluate the quality of service perceived by users in a private medical center in Valencia, Venezuela. The instrument for data collection was based on the perceptions of SERVQUAL. Were identified by Factor Analysis, once they demonstrated the relevance sample, three (03) dimensions: Safety, Reliability and tangibility, explaining 66.63% of the total variance, likewise, the instrument showed internal consistency (alpha cronbach> 0.955) as it reliable and results of statistical tests performed (Significant at 5%), demonstrate the validity. Based on the results, we conclude that the questionnaire has enough condition to be used as a measure of the quality perceived by patients private medical center, and as an input for the design of strategies.

El presente artículo muestra los resultados de un estudio de investigación que abordó el conjunto de problemas surgidos en las comunidades que están dentro del radio de acción de las empresas mineras. Asimismo buscó plantear soluciones vía proyectos SNIP con el propósito de revertir los problemas anteriormente mencionados. Para lograr los resultados obtenidos, se han aplicado algunas técnicas de prospectiva en cuanto a consulta a expertos, habiendo sido previamente adaptadas al escenario que se presentó durante la investigación, así como a las características propias del mismo.

El presente artículo, constituye la segunda parte de una primera publicación relacionada a la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) en la Unidad de Posgrado (UPG) de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial en la UNMSM. En esta ocasión se aborda el siguiente problema ¿Cómo adaptar y validar el SGC bajo la norma ISO 9001:2008 en la Unidad de Posgrado de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial en la UNMSM? Los resultados obtenidos se materializaron en la obtención del certificado de calidad en dicha norma para la UPG. This paper, resume a research that had as objetive build a future scenario to 2040 for programs that promote the innovation in Perú, inside the competitive intelligence. In order to achieve this goal, it considered a simple of 10 experts of differents organizations, and Through the implementation of interviews and surveys It was possible to identify 37 variables of the system, of which 23 were considered as keys, and with them built the future scenario. It’s a prospective research, therefore based on consultation with experts, the main difficulty encountered he resided in the availability of these; however, this was solved.

El presente artículo, resume una investigación que tuvo como objetivo formular un escenario futurible al 2040 para los programas que fomentan la innovación en el Perú, en el marco de la inteligencia competitiva. Para el logro de dicho objetivo, se consideró una muestra de 10 expertos en el tema de diferentes organizaciones, y mediante la aplicación de entrevistas y encuestas se logró identificar 37 variables del sistema de las cuales 23 fueron consideradas como claves y con ellas se construyó el escenario futurible. Al ser una investigación prospectiva y por ende basada en la consulta a expertos, la principal dificultad encontrada residió en la disponibilidad de estos; sin embargo esto fue superado.

This article shows the results of a correlational and cross-sectional descriptive study aimed to identify the relationship between trust relationships and the perception of service quality in small business internal collaborators industrial parks in Lima. The sample consists of 162 internal employees of small businesses in industrial parks, carrying out targeting the districts: Los Olivos, San Martin de Porras, Lurin, San Juan de Lurigancho, La Victoria in Lima. It is found that the relationship of trust and perception of domestic service partner for social responsibility in small companies of industrial parks of Lima tend to be high and relate to each other.
