This article shows the results of a correlational and cross-sectional descriptive study aimed to identify the relationship between trust relationships and the perception of service quality in small business internal collaborators industrial parks in Lima. The sample consists of 162 internal employees of small businesses in industrial parks, carrying out targeting the districts: Los Olivos, San Martin de Porras, Lurin, San Juan de Lurigancho, La Victoria in Lima. It is found that the relationship of trust and perception of domestic service partner for social responsibility in small companies of industrial parks of Lima tend to be high and relate to each other.

This is a quantitative, descriptive and comparative study conducted on a sample of 310 public servants that attempts to describe the perception of service quality of the internal user via the following factors: cooperation between internal users, leadership of management, corporate social responsibility and performance self-appraisal. This study defines the internal user as any collaborator holding a position in the organizational structure. The valid and reliable five-degree EPCSU-IP ordinal scale was used for this research. Descriptive-comparative research with the objective of describing the attitude towards the management of household solid waste in students at a private university in the city of Lima. Study in a random sample, the collaborators participated after informed consent on the objective of the study framed in the PEQI environmental perceived index focused on solid waste management. The data was obtained using the Osgood-type attitude scale – MAARS-2019, with an omega index of 0.956 to 0.976 whose validity and reliability is significant. The results indicate that level of perceived index is 4.605, indicating as an attitude that tends towards the positive direction in the studied population towards the management of household solid waste, thus guiding the favorable diagnosis to achieve environmental behaviors to reduce its environmental impact.
