This article presents the analysis of the innovative pedagogical practies mediated by ICT, carried out by the teachers of an educational institution in Popayán – Cauca, (Colombia). The research is qualitative, with a biographicl – narrative design, with a descriptive scope and developed through semi-structured interviesw applied to three teachers. The results allow establishing that teachers apply incremental innovation within the classroom, depending on the curricular needs and daily practice, buy they do not continuosly use Web 2.0 tools and Virtual Learning Environments, to articulate extra-class work; among the reason from this situation there are connectivity problems, resistance to change and poor institutional educational management.

The objective was to analyze the reality of the pedagogical practice and to know what has been the turn that the pandemic has caused in the institutions of secondary education; To achieve this, the quantitative methodology was used with the application of descriptive statistics. Evidence that 66.67% do not agree to integrate the methodological strategies of technological pedagogy into their pedagogy while 77.78% claim not to assume the new pedagogical methods within the formative dynamics. It was concluded that the pedagogy developed is attached to the face-to-face paradigm only with the change in resources and means. The complexity of the situation is more related to the willingness and interest of the institutions that must internalize the achievement of educational quality through innovation.

Objetives: To determine the level of knowledge, attitudes and practices with respect to the Papanicolaou cervical smear test (Pap), to find association between age and learning level, and to describe the characteristics on Pap’s periodic practice. Design: Analytical and cross-sectional study. Setting: San Bartolome Mother and Child National Teaching Hospital. Patients: Women in fertile age. Due to the possible adoption in Peru of the criminal responsibility for companies and of the corporate compliance programs, the author analyzes the position that the United States has adopted facing the acts of corruption abroad, which legal basis is the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.In the present article, the author will do an study of this regulation, covering its scope, who are imputable by it and the possible situations that generate criminal responsibility. All of this developed over the position taken by the jurisprudence in notorious corruption scandals.In addition, the development of the effectiveness of the compliance figure will be studied as well as the implementation of incentives for the corporations to adopt prevention policies.

This paper uses an ethnographic approach to describe and explain the language used by a confirmation group of a Catholic Church concerning a specific text: the Bible. Therefore, unlike the "great divide" proposal developed by Jack Goody, Erick Havelock and Walter Ong, where a clear dichotomy is raised among literacy and social context; in this paper the use of New Literacy Studies methodological tools has been taken into account in order to frame oral and written language uses in specific social contexts in which they acquire meaning through the values that underlie the literacy practices of individuals.

In Chile, the main issues affecting the quality of life of the population include air pollution, scarcity and contamination of water resources, degradation, loss, and pollution of soils, nuisance noise, solid waste management, and loss of biodiversity. Background: This article summarizes the clinical practice guideline (CPG) for the management of early-stage cervical cancer (IA1, IA2, IB1, IB2 o IIA1) in the Social Security of Peru (EsSalud). Objective: To provide clinical recommendations based on evidence for the management of early-stage cervical cancer in EsSalud. Material and methods: A CPG for the management of early-stage cervical cancer in EsSalud was developed. This article shows the incidence of the creative intelligence of teachers in their pedagogical practice, based on the study of 8 cases, in different educational sectors of basic and secondary education in the city of Bogotá-Colombia. The research process used a qualitative approach corresponding to the phenomenology method, with a design centered on case studies. This produced the effectiveness of the research, being verifiable the influence of creativity within the subcategories "knowing how to do", "knowing how to be" and "knowing how to know" of the pedagogical practice developed during the pandemic of 2020. It is concluded that the process of the pedagogical practice applied during the extreme situation of the year 2020, needed flexible and innovative characteristics on the part of the teacher, which solved the different needs of the knowledge of the praxis.
