The following article intends to highlight, by way of reflection, the philosophical constants that we can find in social and Andean studies. Gilson maintains in his work The Philosophical Constants that all philosophical positions can be summarized in two great currents, which would be, in our opinion, immanentism and philosophical realism. In this sense, we will show how both positions are expressed in social studies, and we will point out some central themes for said reflection; At the same time, we will highlight the need for a realistic philosophical foundation to carry out Andean studies. To achieve this goal, we have taken into account the publications that have been carried out in recent decades in the Allpanchis Phuturinqa journal.

The exploitation of Camisea natural gas implied benefits for industries with respect to the electricity rates of which they are large consumers. The national electricity market is based on three prices: busbar price, marginal cost, and free customer price. This study aims to establish whether the advantage of the low price of natural gas is reflected in the price for free customers, who are those who can directly negotiate their electricity tariff with the electricity generators or distributors. This was achieved through a time series analysis with econometric models linking the three national electricity market prices, which indicated the correlation between them. A review of the proposed models, their correlational analysis and the autocorrelation analysis of the residuals revealed a strong correlation between free market price and its first lag, which dissociates a correlation with th...

The work conducted a bibliographic review on alphabetization scientific, which is understood as the ability to use scientific knowledge in order to understand and help make decisions about the actual world. It also sought to explain the evolution of the dimensions of scientific literacy and to present theoretical proposals for methodological strategies to help improve it. Articles, doctoral theses and PIS test reports were reviewed to reach twoconclusions: 1) it is essential to develop the four dimensions of scientific literacy, because, in this way, scientifically literate students will be trained; that is, they are able to become world that goes through constant scientific and technological and 2) it is necessary to update the teaching-learning strategies by those that are part of the so-called active methodology such as discovery learning, research-based learning and project-based lea...

The author analyzes the Mexico’s energetic reform during the sexennial of 2013 to 2018. A historic study refers that Mexican energy matrix was based on fossil sources of energy as crude oil and natural gas. This represents nearly 90% of primary energy’s total production while the profit of non-fossil energy represents only 8% until 2012.Then, during the period of 2007-2012, the majority of the programmatic and normative instruments about climate change were generated. From 2013 to 2018, said the author, a national structural reform has been discussed. Thisamend includes Mexico’s energetic reform that proposes the «fossilization» of Mexican economy. This «fossilization» of the economy will favor the green growth and will constitutes itself as a barrier for Mexico’s fulfillment of international commitments assumed aboutclimate change, as well as its transition to a low carb...

The research proposed to develop scientific learning and research skills, developing in the pre-experimental method. We executed a seeding program with cognitive and cultural exchange in 250 individuals from a Children's Assistance Complex. In this sample, urban schoolchildren (without knowledge of the use of natural resources) and of Andean origin (with knowledge of sowing and harvesting) participated. The experiment was based on the application of four didactic phases: (1) intercultural organization, (2) collaboration for analysis, (3) experimentation, (4) scientific argumentation. We found an increase in scientific learning in the sample and their abilities to formulate problems, formulate hypotheses, argue and formulate results. The proficiency and cognitive interrelation allowed this improvement, being the main contribution of the study to the science area.

The article presents the results of a research aimed at revealing the representations that parents have on the family-school relationship in the rural context of Quillón, Chile. Qualitative methodology is used, using in-depth interview. Twenty subjects are interviewed. Some results indicate that families give teachers a key part to establish a proper family-school relationship. This representation is based on the recognition of the bureaucratic nature of the school. How the family involvement is modelled is determined by the relevance assigned to the school success of their children. Indeed, moments, instances and ways in which families participate are related to the value assigned to them to enhance academic results.

This paper presents the results of a non-experimental cross-sectional study conducted under a mixed explanatory design (with manifest and latent variables), in an indigenous school in a rural area and an urban school in Morelos (Mexico). The sociodemographic context of the schools of origin was considered as a predictor variable of Mathematics achievement in 6th grade of primary school, and the educational level of the parents and family support were considered as mediating variables. At the end of 6th grade, students from both schools answered a scale on family support and a short test on two mathematical competencies: Communicating mathematical information and Using techniques efficiently. The data were analyzed with two structural regression models of relationships between manifest variables (school context and parents' educational level) and latent variables (family support with eigh...

The Provincial Municipality of Huancayo participates in the Milan Pact, an agreement to promote sustainable food systems that promotes agro-ecological production. Junín is the first region, at the national level, in which a pilot of public purchases of fresh products is carried out for the National School Food Program Qali Warma. During the most critical months of the pandemic, the price of potatoes in the Maltería de Huancayo market fell to 30 cents per kilo and the price on the farm to 10 cents. Although natural persons represent the bulk of the number of agricultural units, most of the agricultural area is managed by peasant communities. Thus, 88.48% of the agricultural area in Concepción is managed by peasant communities, 86.52% in Huancayo, 81.36% in Jauja, 75.65% in Tayacaja and 62.99% in Chupaca. The percentage of agricultural units in the five provinces is less than 3 hectares...

This article aims to contribute to the discussion on Corporate Social Responsibility from the Latin American context, which requires the inclusion of elements that are not adequately addressed in the American and European literature and whose relevance is lower compared to what happen in geographical areas of countries with a higher level of development. In that sense, some key elements are presented in the characterization of a particular context such as Latin American, as is the case of corruption, to understand the nature of the links between business and society, its effects and motivations. In the literature review, several concepts were found whose definition was ambiguous and which can cause theoretical inaccuracies that do not help the description of social phenomena. Likewise, the criterion for selecting the concepts has been that of instrumentalization; that is, highlight those...

It is proved that the works by Maxim Gorky are inseparable from the socio-historical reality of the early XX-th century. Maxim Gorky is a writer, whose work has evolved throughout his career. One of the values in the works by Maxim Gorky is the image of the hero - the hermit, presented in the "Tales of 1922-1924". The semantic space of the hermit hero image exists at the intersection of the semantic fields “social status”, “nature”, “hero image”, “love” and “service to people”.

The changes that in dissimilar orders are produced on a global scale, constitute today a reality to transform and impact in its very essence to the universities. Th e university educational context is the ideal space to watch over, clarify the nature and connotation of such changes and, consequently, take responsibility for the graduation of professionals with a coherent and creative attitude. Th e postgraduate program, as one of its substantive processes, deals with the continuous updating and reorientation of professionals, through a systemic conglomerate of proposals that prepares them for a better performance. Th e study intends to present theoretical and methodological assumptions related to the projection of professional improvement in the Cuban health sector and to encourage and caution about action consistent with these aspirations, besides recognizing opportunities and limiting ...
