Los padres ocupan un lugar muy importante en el crecimiento de los hijos, siendo uno de los principales garantes de un adecuado logro de las diferentes tareas que los hijos enfrentan en cada etapa. Así pues, por un lado, favorecen el desarrollo saludable proveyéndoles del sostén y acompañamiento que ellos necesitan (Carver y Scheier, 1997; Kantrowitz y Springen, 2005). Por otro, actúan como factor protector ante problemas de conducta, dificultades académicas, depresión, etc. (O’Connor, 1995; McCurdy y Scherman, 1996; Klein, Forehand, Armistead, Long, 1997; Ausloos, 1998; Wittekind y Vazsonyi, 2003).

La problemática observada en el almacén de una empresa de autopartes son los altos tiempos en el proceso de preparación de pedidos debido a la falta de herramientas de mejora continua en el proceso mismo. El objetivo de esta investigación es proponer un modelo de gestión del proceso de picking para reducir los tiempos en la atención de pedidos mediante la herramienta 5´S. Para ello, se realizó un estudio empírico con alcance cuasi experimental y post positivista, bajo la modalidad de estudio de caso. Se evidenció la diferencia en el tiempo de preparación dependiendo del tipo de trabajador en el almacén, y mediante la aplicación de las 5´S y estandarización de trabajo se logró una reducción significativa en el tiempo de picking del 41,37% en el caso de los nuevos operadores, del 32,80% para un operador estándar y del 11,82% para los operadores experimentados.

We show the results of the teaching-learning experience of the Math 'Level 0' course given to the freshers at UPC who do not pass the Math 'Level Exam'. The work was based on the feedback of the learning process and it was done at the same time that the university 'methodology of competencies' was being applied. The difference was based on the feedback given on each class based on evaluations that measured their cognitive and 'procedural knowledge'(part calculus and modelling of everyday situations). The purpose of this research was to determine if the use of the Canva tool significantly improves the level of achievement in the area of Social Sciences of 2nd graders at 80819 - Francisco Lizarzaburu - High School in Trujillo, 2021.
