The document is structured as follows. Section 2 summarizes the geographic expansion of JUNTOS between its introduction in 2005 to 2017, the latest date for which we have information at the time of writing this report. Section 3 describes the main sources of information used for this analysis, including legislative documents pertaining to this program. Section 4 describes the initial eligibility rule and its changes over time based on publicly available information. When appropriate and relevant, we provide a description of the main limitations found in the available information. Section 5 explains the additional assumptions required to replicate the rule and presents the results of the replication exercise. We hope that this report will be useful to the community of scholars and practitioners interested in CCTs generally and JUNTOS specifically.

This study presents results from a quantitative impact evaluation of the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program, Juntos, in Peru. Using instrumental variable techniques, it estimates the overall impact of Juntos five years after its initial rollout and explores the differential impacts among beneficiaries according to the length of time they spent in the program. In so doing, the analysis explores whether it takes time for the program to make significant and sizable impacts; and whether some impacts change in magnitude the longer the beneficiaries spend in the program. The results seem to confirm both hypotheses: almost all indicators of interest are significantly higher among beneficiaries with longer treatment spells. Cinco años del programa Juntos: Nuevas evidencias sobre sus impactos de corto y largo plazo. Este estudio presenta resultados de la evaluación de impacto cuantitativo del programa de transferencias de dinero condicionales Juntos, aplicado en el Perú. Usando técnicas de variables instrumentales, se estima el impacto promedio del programa cinco años, desde su inicio, y explora los impactos diferenciados entre los beneficiarios, dependiendo de su tiempo de permanencia en el programa. Al hacer esto, el análisis explora si se necesita de tiempo para que el programa tenga impacto significativo, y si la magnitud del impacto depende de la estancia de los beneficiarios en el programa. Introduction. Uncertainty persists regarding the impact of the Programa Juntos on maternal–neonatal care in Peru. Objective. To estimate the association of the Programa Juntos with institutional delivery and postnatal care in Peru, 2014–2023. Methods. Observational, retrospective, and cross-sectional study using data from the Demographic and Family Health Survey (ENDES) 2014–2023. A total of 37,690 women with live births were included. The exposure variable was enrollment in the Programa Juntos. El presente estudio tiene como finalidad determinar la relación entre el Programa JUNTOS y la calidad de vida de los beneficiarios de la comunidad de San Cristóbal, Provincia de Lucanas, Departamento de Ayacucho, durante el año 2024. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto del programa JUNTOS en la pobreza multidimensional en el departamento de Huancavelica durante el período 2018–2023, con énfasis en los efectos indirectos que produce su implementación. Esta tesis analiza el impacto de la estrategia de comunicación del Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social (MIDIS) en la adopción del aplicativo “Mi Juntos” por parte de las usuarias del Programa Juntosdurante su primer año de implementación (2019-2020), en el marco de la Comunicación para el Desarrollo. El estudio, con un enfoque descriptivo y mixto, evidencia que la adopción del aplicativo mejoró la gestión del tiempo y redujo costos para las usuarias, especialmente en términos de transporte y acceso a la información. Durante su implementación, se registraron 1.5 millones de descargas y más de 2.5 millones de consultas, alcanzando una cobertura en 21 departamentos y 1,325 distritos. Objetivo, determinar la influencia del taller educativo en el conocimiento sobre violencia intrafamiliar en beneficiarias del Programa Juntos de Hualhuas, Huancayo 2025. Metodología, diseño pre experimental con pre y post test en un solo grupo, aplicando un cuestionario en las dimensiones: generalidades, factores de riesgo y diagnóstico de la violencia intrafamiliar. Muestra, 35 beneficiarias del Programa Juntos. Resultados, en el pre test, 62,9 % con nivel bajo de conocimiento de violencia intrafamiliar, 25,7 % nivel medio y 11,4 % nivel alto. Sin embargo, en el post test se evidenció una mejora considerable el 71,4 % lograron un nivel alto de conocimiento. Conclusión, el taller educativo tuvo una influencia significativa en el nivel de conocimiento sobre violencia intrafamiliar.

Given that these attitudes tend to be blinded or normalized when a type of violence is manifested oriented by the gender.
