La vulvovaginitis es la causa más común de molestias ginecológicas, puede presentarse por distintos factores prevenibles, como la obesidad, la cual ha tomado gran relevancia ya que se encuentra ligada a un cambio en la homeostasis inmunológica que aumenta el riesgo de infecciones, alterando el ecosistema vaginal. Objetivos: Determinar la asociación entre la Obesidad y la Vulvovaginitis en pacientes del servicio de Ginecología en dos Establecimientos de Salud de Chorrillos durante el periodo Enero – Julio 2022. Introduction. Uncertainty persists regarding the impact of the Programa Juntos on maternal–neonatal care in Peru. Objective. To estimate the association of the Programa Juntos with institutional delivery and postnatal care in Peru, 2014–2023. Methods. Observational, retrospective, and cross-sectional study using data from the Demographic and Family Health Survey (ENDES) 2014–2023. A total of 37,690 women with live births were included. The exposure variable was enrollment in the Programa Juntos. Annual one-to-one propensity score matching (PSM) without replacement and with a caliper of 0.05 was applied, adjusting for sociodemographic and geographic covariates. Introduction: During virtual classes in the context of COVID-19, students were exposed to digital screens for many hours, so they could present computer vision syndrome. Objective: To determine the frequency of computer vision syndrome in sixth-year medical students at Ricardo Palma University during virtual education due to COVID-19 in October and November 2021. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study in 147 sixth-year medical students who received virtual education at a Peruvian university during 2021.
