La actividad artesanal es un recurso cultural trascendental para el desarrollo del turismo, el cual expresa las costumbres y tradiciones mediante el arte popular, que es importante para la apreciación del turista. El objetivo fue analizar la importancia sociocultural y económica de la actividad artesanal de mates burilados en el desarrollo del turismo.
