This article presents reflections on thinking and how it can be enhanced to generate projectual memory applied to the creative process. Thus, design situations, although challenging, will not represent an insurmountable peak of stress. The incorporation of Artificial Intelligence in the process provides feedback that encourages the enhancement of projectual thinking. Thanks to the fact that it makes it possible to visualize the process and ideas that allow the designer to manage, and/or create, tools to successfully approach any situation by returning to the thoughts and inputs used. The path to approach empowerment will be like this: review the faculty of thought; next, approach the projectual in the architectonic. Then, with the sections about conceptual and schematic inputs, communication and the creative process, the journey is consolidated.

La matriz FODA es la herramienta de análisis por excelencia para fines de negocios, y se enseña en cursos de pregrado y postgrado. Sin embargo, se entiende que la elección de los factores críticos de éxito (FCEs) que se incluyen en la matriz para el análisis es un proceso muy subjetivo y no estructurado, que da cabida a sesgos y arbitrariedad. Una forma de dar una mejor base y respaldo a los resultados del análisis es mediante la utilización del Proceso Jerárquico Analítico (AHP) con el fin de ponderar la importancia de los FCEs en la matriz FODA y aumentar la fiabilidad de los resultados. Este documento contiene el diseño de una estrategia para enseñar este tema en un curso de planificación de marketing, con la adición de una técnica útil para superar las limitaciones de la herramienta.

This study evaluates the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean methodologies in the Peruvian agricultural sector, focusing on asparagus packing operations. To this end, it develops an innovative model with the objective of increasing the productivity of asparagus packing, one of the main problems of the Peruvian agricultural industry. Through the application of an autonomous and preventive maintenance strategy, it seeks to eliminate untimely stops in the asparagus processing line. This paper presents some of the results of a Ph.D. thesis on Tourism Studies that presents a proposal for the enhancement of the cultural heritage at the Dar Debbagh tanneries in Marrakesh. The project proposes the creation of an interpretation center devoted to tanners and the processing of leather. Following the principles of heritage interpretation, we analyze the assets that can contribute to make these tanneries a heritage resource and a quality destination for cultural tourism.

The Article is dedicated to learn the impact of increasing cognitive activity in preschool children. 44 children aged 5-6 were selected for the research and the impact on the cognitive activity through didactic games with them were investigated. Different aspects manifested itself in development of cognitive processes, especially mentality during the comparison of methodologies used in conducting didactic games with children on the experimental and control groups in the research process. Unlike the control groups, the experimental groups were more likely to observe cognitive processes and tasks, and the tasks were performed more adequate by the experimental group. Recurrent problems in the equipment and sub-optimal practices of operators generate significant waste and production delays. The brewing industry, especially within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), plays a pivotal role in economic development and cultural preservation. This study emerged from the need to address production inefficiencies and quality issues in the craft brewing sector. The proposed contribution involved the implementation of the PDCA methodology, incorporating Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), and Andon tools, to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
