In this paper, we develop the theme of semiotics as the science that studies the processes of signification. As science explains and interprets verbal and nonverbal mechanisms used to communicate with the man, that is, to convey information about different realities; regularly does so through a range of signs. This is understandable, because in truth, the human being is a symbolic being, par excellence created, issued and interpreted signs, and in turn, organizes and systematizes through codes, in either case, culture is implicit. Without any doubt, to understand the nature of the human being and communication, one must understand the signs and codes. In this sense, for a better understanding and and we include a variety of examples, taken directly from users in a specific context.

This research is about what the “Aprendo en casa” strategy in Peru in 2020 meant from two of its main resources, radio and television. The objective was to analyze communicationally and evaluate the programs of both media. Thirty-two pieces from all educational levels were discussed, in seven months, with 27 expert communicators, and the experience from 50 target actors of the strategy was evaluated. The study was methodologically naturalistic, with a qualitative approach, indirect hermeneutical and phenomenological typologies, and under an open coding design. Eight categories generated by free will were found to show results on biased content and questionable forms of presentation; gaps were made visible at the educational, digital, and generational levels, and disarticulation between the education and communication axes. Th e aim was to describe the communicative theoretical transition from the mental model of teaching to the registration of software as copyright. Th e study was carried out from July to October 2023, using the workshop “Knowledge and competences in the workshop and seminars of university teaching”, which was held at the Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, Ica, Peru, as a template for the mental model. Objective: To describe and analyze, at various levels, the communication exchanges that took place in a group chat of intensivists using the instant messaging application WhatsApp during the first stage of the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically on the day the first case was confirmed in Mexico. An intense situation showing the three dimensions of the theoretical framework is stood out. En la actualidad, ciertos grupos personas tienen temor o incomodidad para realizar pagos de compras en efectivo. Esto debido a lo ocurrido años anteriores por la pandemia del COVID-19. Por ello, se ha desarrollado un sistema integrado que permite realizar transacciones monetarias mediante el escaneo de códigos QR desde una aplicación móvil para la plataforma iOS. La aplicación se comunica a servicios back-end para la utilización de datos del usuario. También, mediante una interfaz de programa de aplicación, se consumen servicios del sistema transaccional que permite realizar con efectividad y seguridad las transacciones monetarias.

The aim of the study was to analyze dimensions of value in the scientific manuscript. The study was conducted between May and July 2021, where the ScienceDirect database was accessed. The last fi ve years of viewing was fi ltered and only the article publication types referred to the review and research. Through means of a systematic random probability sampling, 25 research articles were selected. 5% of the citations for each of the scientific articles of selection were analyzed and then the interpretation from the scientific problematization, statistical model of the selection variables, act and power of the scientific argumentation for four axiological barriers of dimensions of value that identify the scientific publication. The paper presents a review of the literature of news coverage on female presidential candidates. For this purpose, seven coverage frames are included: a) visibility, b) gender reiteration, c) mediation of the intimate sphere, personality, d) thematic agenda, e) tonality and f) particularities of the media. Finally, an operationalization proposal is formulated for each of the frames that could be used in future research that addresses these political figures. It is concluded that women are represented from their intimate sphere and femininity, characteristics that are far from being culturally appropriate for debate in the public and political arena.

The study aimed to analyze innovation from business incubators. A survey was applied to six consultants from the Republic of Cuba and twelve university professors from the Republic of Peru, where it was structured using a Likert scale, six indicators for analysis: 1st) technological social prospective service, 2nd) mental map and decisions to run, 3rd) research and development strategy, 4th) coding of technological innovations, 5th) value of business creativity, and 6th) entrepreneurship analysis. Validation was through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. It was observed that at least three questions were not accepted by the respondents representing 80%. The objective was to design an articulated arm with control of trajectory and speed by voice commands, to rehabilitate people with motor disabilities of the upper limb. The systemic method was used; voice commands were considered inputs to the system; movements of the arm link joints were considered outputs. From the tests carried out with the design, it was determined that the controller activated by voice commands allows to keep controlled the speeds of the different motors that make up the wrist, elbow and shoulder joints; With respect to the speeds, these are closely correlated, whose coefficients are greater than 0.99, which indicates that the difference between the desired speeds and those obtained have very little difference. This is due to the different ways that recovering the past implies, because it prioritizes certain memories to the detriment of others. This is evident in a notorious way during the twenty years of armed conflict (1980-2000) and the antagonistic political speeches given in it. Purpose. The study's main objective is to analyze publications on transmedia and narrative in the Scopus database, identifying the evolution of terms by year, to propose a classification according to the broad themes found. Methodology. We applied an unsupervised machine learning algorithm, called topic modeling, to identify the main themes addressed.
