En este estudio tuvo como objetivo: comparar la capacidad de inhibir la enzima xantina oxidasa del alopurinol y extractos secos de hojas de Pluchea chingoyo (toñuz) y Pelargonium x hortorum (geranio). Materiales y métodos: El tipo de investigación es aplicada de nivel explicativo con diseño experimental. La actividad enzimática fue medida por medio de un espectrofotómetro, de acuerdo a la absorbancia que mostró a 290nm cada una de las especies vegetales. Los extractos etanólicos de hojas de Toñuz y Geranio presentan mayor capacidad de inhibir a la enzima Xantino Oxidasa (XO) en comparación con los extractos hidroalcohólicos y acuosos, Resultados: así tenemos que el extracto etanólico de hojas de Geranio a la concentración de 100 ug/mL, presenta una capacidad para inhibir el 87.13% de la actividad de la enzima Xantino Oxidasa (XO), siendo el mayor efecto mostrado por los ext...

The purpose of the study was to describe the modality of the research hotbed as extracurricular work in university education. From June to September 2021, the research hotbed project "Formando y Formando" was carried out for teachers and students of the Universidad Nacional "San Luis Gonzaga", Ica, Peru. The academic areas that participated were: Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Environmental and Sanitary Engineering, as well as Dentistry where the students corresponded to the academic cycles of 1st, 6th and 8th. The aim of the study was to describe the intellectual function of working memory capacity (WMC) in university students from a case study. The study was conducted from June to July 2022 and in a random probabilistic way, six research seed students belonging to the National University "San Luis Gonzaga" (Ica, Peru) were selected. The WMC analysis was done through two types of didactic games (DG) with different degrees of complexity: 1st) the Divinance of colored cubes and 2nd) the marking and recognition of three sea shells between a total number of 100 shells. The aim of the study was to evaluate digital technological competence through the Moodle platform in university teaching during COVID 19. The study was carried out between May and July 2021 with students with a master’s degree in health sciences and a doctorate in science, technology and the environment, where digital technological competences were recognized from the activity or resource (chat, questionnaire, forum and task) that were added from the visualization in the Moodle virtual teaching platform. Statistically signifi cant differences were found in the level of response for the master’s and doctoral programs; where there was no alignment of discrimination of means in both programs and in the case of applicants for a master’s degree in science, the level of response to information from an activity or resource was better. The aim of the study was to analyze dimensions of value in the scientific manuscript. The study was conducted between May and July 2021, where  the ScienceDirect database was accessed. The last fi ve years of viewing was fi ltered and only the article publication types referred to the review and research. Through means of a systematic random probability sampling, 25 research articles were selected. 5% of the citations for each of the scientific articles of selection were analyzed and then the interpretation from the scientific problematization, statistical model of the selection variables, act and power of the scientific argumentation for four axiological barriers of dimensions of value that identify the scientific publication.
