El propósito de esta investigación fue realizar un estudio empírico para analizar el efecto mediador del compromiso laboral sobre la relación entre el liderazgo emprendedor y el comportamiento innovador en el trabajo. Adicionalmente, este trabajo evalúa la moderación del género en esta relación. Se estima un modelo de ecuación estructural basado en covarianza (CB-SEM) con el método de estimación de máxima verosimilitud para evaluar el modelo teórico propuesto. Se eligió CB-SEM en lugar del modelo de ecuaciones estructurales basado en mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS-SEM) ya que este estudio tiene un enfoque explicativo y confirmatorio basado en la teoría. [Paper aims]: This study aims to identify the occupational risks to which workers in the agricultural sector are exposed during the development of their activities on rural properties. [Originality]: This study’s originality lies in filling a gap in identifying the main risks to which workers in the agricultural sector are exposed. The study identifies which risks they are exposed to in the literature. [Research method]: A systematic review of the literature over the last five years (2017-2021) revealed 56 articles that identified at least one occupational risk to workers in the agricultural sector. The EduBPMN method contains a set of transformation rules that allow the generation of Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) from a BPMN model complemented by the UML class diagram. The article proposes new rules for the EduBPMN method based on BPMN primitives and operations of the UML classes. These rules can generate design alternatives for GUIs, each of which has been proposed to be represented by a stereotype. As a result of this work, four new rules and eight new stereotypes have been proposed to extend the EduBPMN method. For a better understanding of the contribution, it has been applied to an illustrative example of a project.

Background: Harmful work patterns have become a public health problem. These conditions are worrying since they can have an impact on mental health, social conflicts, and physical difficulties due to their normalization of pathological behaviors related to work addiction. Aims: (1) determine the psychometric properties and reliability of the DUWAS and (2) evaluate valid comparisons at the construct level. Methods: The Spanish version of DUWAS was used. For the evaluation of the psychometric model, 446 Peruvian workers responded to the Spanish version (60.5% women aged 18 to 65, M = 35.1 SD = 12.45). Results: The unidimensional version was confirmed (x2 = 67.495(14); CFI = 0.96; TLI = 0.95; SRMR = 0.050 and RMSEA = 0.069). The performance of discrete element method (DEM) simulations is highly dependent on the requirements of the associated algorithms in terms of computer memory usage and CPU time. In particular, computer CPU time heavily depends on the identification of neighbor particles and the computation of particle-particle interactions. En el presente trabajo de tesis se describe la propuesta de mejora de la productividad del área de costura de una empresa de confecciones utilizando la metodología de Ingeniería de Métodos. A partir de la aplicación de los ocho pasos establecidos por la OIT, se realizó el estudio de métodos y tiempos para el proceso de fabricación del T-Shirt con bolsillo. En primer lugar, se procedió a seleccionar, registrar y examinar apoyados en las herramientas de la ingeniería de métodos realizando un diagnóstico de la situación actual del proceso e identificando los cuellos de botella y las etapas con mayor holgura. La presente investigación analizó el tema de la baja eficiencia en el tiempo de habilitación de las habitaciones, debido a la falta de un adecuado método de trabajo, así como los tiempos de limpieza en las habitaciones dobles, triples y cuádruples son elevadas, por lo que se empleó más recursos en trabajadores y materiales, perjudicando a la empresa. The burnout syndrome is an occupational health indicator that intervenes in the teaching-learning process and may harm the quality of education offered by institutions. The relationship between individual characteristics and the work environment may have different effects over the teaching performance. The current investigation seeks to analyze the fit of a model to predict teaching performance based on the teacher burnout, while including individual characteristics and the work environment perception in university teachers. This paper on pre-experimental design proposes the application of methods engineering tools, focused on improving the productivity of the Textil Andes company dedicated to the manufacture of ethnic ribbons.
