This paper deals with the automation of psychological assessments to help to select the right candidate for the organization during the recruitment process on a human resources consulting firm. The solution was developed with Kanban Method and cloud computing, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), where it was integrated and launched with other services to improve security and operativity. Experiments were divided into functionalities: (1) an interface for mobile phones and (2) notifying recruiter by SMS and Email when candidate finalize the tests. The results show improved recruiter response time to analyze test results and prepare psychological reports in two and a half months. The recruiter's performance increased by up to 5% in person-hours.

This work was carried out by the importance of providing insights into the nano-based drug delivery of anticancers. To this aim, a representative model of aluminum nitride (AN) nanocage scaffold and two of its boron and gallium doped forms (BAN and GAN) were investigated towards the adsorption of thiotepa (Tep) anticancer. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed to evaluate the stabilized structures and their corresponding electronic features. The results indicated the contribution of N-head and S-head of Tep to interactions with each scaffold resulting six complexes; NTep@AN and STep@AN, NTep@BAN and STep@BAN, NTep@GAN and STep@GAN. The task of elaborating accurate test suites for program testing can be an extensive computational work. Mutation testing is not immune to the problem of being a computational and time-consuming task so that it has found relief in the use of heuristic techniques. The use of Genetic Algorithms in mutation testing has proved to be useful for probing test suites, but it has mainly been enclosed only in the field of imperative programming paradigms. Therefore, we decided to test the feasibility of using Genetic Algorithms for performing mutation testing in functional programming environments. Sensing drug substances by nanostructures are very important in accordance with the management of targeted drug delivery processes and drug substances detections. Boron nitride (BN), aluminum nitride (AlN), and gallium nitride (GaN) decorated carbon cage (BN-C, AlN-C, and GaN-C) scaffolds were assessed towards sensing the thiamazole (TMZ) drug through the wB97XD/6–31 + G* level of density functional theory (DFT) computations. The singular models were optimized and their combinations to each other were stabilized to obtain the interacting TMZ@Scaffold bimolecular complexes and their corresponding features. In the current literature, there is limited evidence of the effects of teaching programming languages using two different paradigms concurrently. In this paper, we present our experience in using a multiparadigm and multiprogramming approach for an Introduction to Programming course. The multiparadigm element consisted of teaching the imperative and functional paradigms, while the multiprogramming element involved the Scheme and Python programming languages. For the multiparadigm part, the lectures were oriented to compare the similarities and differences between the functional and imperative approaches. Positive Youth Development (PYD) is an approach that promotes resilience and focuses on youth strengths rather than their weaknesses as done by the traditional deficit-based perspective. Research in Europe and North America show that developmental assets are associated with school success, psychological well-being, and lower health risks among youth and young adults. However, not much research has been done on these associations in Latin American contexts. According to our own survey, carried out in Metropolitan Lima, more than 78% of regular basic education teachers who work in urban schools feel that they are not prepared to carry out virtual classes. This is because more than 72% of teachers have not received training in ICT. Likewise, of the digital tools provided by the Aprendo en Casa program, they only use the basic functionalities of video conference applications, such as zoom, Google meet and WhatsApp, for the development of their virtual classes.
