La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo fundamental determinar el nivel de la calidad de servicio al aplicar el sistema WorkFlow en la coordinación académica del Programa de Enseñanza para adultos UTP, 2018. La investigación se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, por lo que se aplicó un diseño cuasi experimental, con los grupos de control y experimental. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 3200 estudiantes y la muestra por 343 estudiantes seleccionados a través de un muestreo aleatorio simple. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario graduado en escala de Likert para la variable validada, donde se demostró la validez y confiabilidad, mediante la técnica de opinión de expertos y alfa de Cronbach. The world is facing unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this situation has slowed development progress in many countries. The pandemic has had a very strong impact on human capital: many lives, education, basic well-being, and future productivity were taken. Many countries have become increasingly concerned with the pandemic, which necessitates research in new information technologies. This includes artificial intelligence research. One new idea we present in this paper helps to fight the epidemic. Very little research has been conducted on mask detection. This is because masks provide protection against COVID-19, and people with masks struggle to function normally without protection. However, recent advances in CNNs have made it possible to extract deep features from faces.
