Perception of family functioning: psychometric analysis of Family APGAR Scale in adolescents in Lima

The article describes the psychometric analysis of the APGAR Scale developed by Smilkstein (1978), consisting of five Likert items with five alternatives, which evaluates the perception of family functioning (Gómez & Ponce, 2010). The scale was administered to 256 male students aged from 11 to 18 attending state school in Lima. Item-test correlation analysis provided evidence of highly significant relations (p<0.001) for each of the reagents, indicating that reagents evaluate indicators of the same construct. To assess the perception of family functioning, APGAR Scale has moderate internal consistency (Cronbach a = .788). Construct validity was established by factor analysis and a single factor was obtained through a principal component analysis and the orthogonal rotation (Varimax).

In this research we studied the fruit of «Níspero de la Sierra>) as functional food. The carotenoids have been fractioned in two bands by layer chromatography. The major pigment was identified by it's spectral caractheristics in several solvents: ¡3-caroteno (15.18 mg/kg). The cuantification of minerals and proximal analysis were: potasium (1566 ppm), sodium (745 ppm), calciumn (424 ppm), magnesio (290 ppm), iron (5.40 ppm); and carbohidrates (34 .72%), respectively.

In the present study were evaluated the bioactive compounds and antioxidant activity and satisfaction degree of a drink made with purple corn and stevia. Were used HPLC, ABTS, ORAC, DPPH methods and was done comparison according to the hedonic scale. Results showed close phenolic compounds to 2 mg/mL, high in anthocyanins (50,84 mg/100 mL) and antioxidant activity with ABTS (TEAC 17,96 pmol/mL), ORAC (31,01 μmol TEAC/mL) and DPPH (GAE 0,706 mg/mL). The useful life assessment revealed a synergistic effect between the purple corn anthocyanins and the active components of stevia. The satisfaction degree revealed that the formulation was described between "really like " (19%) and "like slightly " (33%) according to the hedonic scale about attributes of color, smell, taste and overall acceptability.

The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) are independent methodologies, that can be used and developed freely, but can be an important enhancer when you want to achieve innovation if they work together. The objective of this article is to present an analysis of the customers’ requirements in a product manufactured with biodegradable materials, the output result when applying the QFD was the quality critic related to toxicity, while the input information for the matrix TRIZ’s technical contradictions were the translation of the quality critic to one of the 39 technical design parameters, corresponding to parameter 30 (Harmful factors acting on the object from outside), being considered as the transfer point between the methodologies thus achieving the integration of both.

This paper highlights the need to examine the role of a constituent assembly within a democratic and constitutional system. To this end, a detailed analysis of the issue is undertaken on the basis of doctrine and constitutional history. It is concluded that the purpose of a constituent assembly is to establish a constituent power and to reform the constitution. Constituent power is the ability of a society to create or reform fundamental rights and the structure of government. Se realizó un experimento para evaluar los efectos del descanso al pastoreo sobre la estructura de la vegetación, la función hidrológica y el estatus ecológico en pastizales de condición regular para vacunos. El área de estudio está ubicada a 4 095 msnm, en la comunidad campesina Cordillera Blanca, Región Ancash, Perú. El diseño experimental fue factorial 2 x 2 en bloques, donde los factores fueron: a) dos sistemas de pastoreo P1: Pastoreo no controlado en tierras de usufructo comunal y P2: Descanso o exclusión total de pastoreo, y b) tres años de monitoreo comprendidos entre el 2011 al 2013. Even when it is a practical issue, these statistics have complex nonstandard distributions depending on functionals of certain stochastic processes, and their derivations represent a barrier even for many theoretical econometricians. The study identify the main uses and traditional knowledge associated with capuli (Prunus seronita) in Garcia Moreno, Tungurahua, Ecuador. This tree is mainly valorized for: (i) Seasonal food for family consumption; (ii) Complementary food for small breeding animals; (iii) Ancestral medicine; (iv) Property delimitation with living fences; (iv) Shade to protect harvested grass; and, (v) Distraction for childcare in the countryside. In spite of this specie is very important, it suffers a constant deterioration. The felling of trees and the decrease in consumption of this specie because of the lack of labor for harvest, put at risk this important biological resource. Face at this things, is necessary to replant the specie, generate add value through product transformation and promote research to determine appropriate designs for use as agroforesty sistems component.

El objetivo principal del estudio fue “Determinar la relación entre la actividad física y la discapacidad por dolor lumbar en pacientes de la clínica Artrauma, Miraflores 2025”. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre los trastornos psicológicos y discapacidad funcional en pacientes con lumbalgia inespecífica de un centro de terapia física de Lima, periodo 2025. Materiales y Métodos: estuvieron compuestos por los pacientes atendidos en el centro de terapia física Fisiofast Medic que fueron 87 entre 35 y 60 años de edad, se utilizaron: La Escala de ansiedad y depresión de Goldberg (EADG), la Escala de incapacidad por dolor lumbar de Oswestry.
