A SCREENING OF 24 CHUNCHO CACAO POSTHARVEST PROCESSES WAS CARRIED OUT AND THREE TREATMENTS WERE IDENTIFIED WITH THE BEST LEVELS OF FUNCTIONAL NON-VOLATILE METABOLITES AND THE BEST PROFILE OF VOLATILE METABOLITES. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SENSORY PROFILE OF FLAVOR AND AROMA, VOLATILE AND NON-VOLATILE METABOLITES WAS INVESTIGATED BY MULTIBLOCK ANALYSIS. Propolis is a substance with significant anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and antiviral activity, which could be used more efficiently at the nano level as an additive in the food industry. The aim was to obtain and characterize nanoencapsulated multi-floral propolis from the agro-ecological region of Apurimac, Peru. For nanoencapsulation, 5% ethanolic extracts propolis with 0.3% gum arabic and 30% maltodextrin were prepared. Then, the mixtures were dried by nano spraying at 120 ◦C using the smallest nebulizer. The flavonoid content was between 1.81 and 6.66 mg quercetin/g, the phenolic compounds were between 1.76 and 6.13 mg GAE/g, and a high antioxidant capacity was observed. The evolution of data science and the constant challenge of carrying out different processes using a few resources with simultaneous personalization has promoted interest in the development of voice cloning. Nowadays, different machine learning techniques are used, given their efficiency in generating relationships across multiple parameters. In this regard, we evaluated the best-performing models and the different process optimization strategies within this sector, where through neural network models separated modularly by their functionality, it is possible to generate independent processes taking into account the most significant number of linguistic factors in the generation of the voice, thus obtaining significant results of a clear improvement in the whole process of synthesizing the voice of a target speaker.

This article aims to analyze the border and cross-border mobility of indigenous evangelical (Protestant and Pentecostal) communities—specifically Aymara and Quechua—and its influence on the processes of ethnic (indigenous), national (Bolivian, Chilean, and Peruvian), and religious resignification in the tri-border regions. We begin from the epistemological premise that borders are relational spaces, culturally constructed, historically situated, and globally affected. Indeed, cross-border mobility is an inherent social phenomenon. The present study proposes a method of automatic detection of tuberculosis (TB) bacilli from digital images of Ziehl Neelsen sputum smear baciloscopy. The method is based on an algorithm that aims to automate the interpretation of optical microscopic images of sputum smears. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a specialist can not analyze and process more than 20 samples per day (in order to not affect the analysis sensitivity and commit errors in diagnosis). El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación da a conocer en el siglo 20 se dieron grandes avances para la humanidad, tanto a nivel de comunicaciones como en materia de desarrollo de los equipos electrónicos digitales computadoray el software necesario para utilizar dicho dispositivo. Asimismo, en la década de los 40 se interactuaba directamente con el hardware, ya para los años 50 la gran IBM diseño el primer sistema operativo de la historia en 1956, para la computadora IBM 704 cuya función fundamental era iniciar un proceso después de finalizar el proceso anterior. This research used the response surface technique to optimize 12L-14 steel hardness and roughness based on the austenitizing time and temperature. The multi-objective problem was managed by scaling the desirability and weighting function using the analytical hierarchical process (AHP). The results show that the maximum hardness is obtained at 846.9 °C for 48.61 minutes.
