The location of an industrial plant, is the process of choosing a geographical location to perform the operations of a company. To determine the best location, you must perform an assessment of the factors affecting the selection. Two groups of factors are considered: Quantitative, which are easy to quantify and Qualitative that are less tangible, hard to quantify, evaluation of the latter depends on the judgment of the analyst, keeping a tinge of subjectivity, making no model used to ensure that the venue is optimal. La localización de una Planta Industrial, es el proceso de elegir un lugar geográfico para realizar las operaciones de una empresa. Para determinar la mejor localidad, es necesario realizar una evaluación de los factores que condicionan la selección. En la localización de una planta industrial, se deben evaluar tanto factores cuantitativos como cualitativos, los primeros son fáciles de cuantificar, mientras que los segundos son menos tangibles, y que dependen de la apreciación del analista, por lo que el modelo a utilizar no garantiza que la localidad elegida sea la óptima. The plant layout problem can be generalized as a case intensively studied combinatorial optimization and therefore its nature is a NP- hard. The core of the problem originally introduced as the Systematic Distribution Planning , a multi -criteria and relatively simple, has been extended to larger contexts , through the formulation as a mathematical model based on the nature of the workshops . Given the computational complexity of the calculations have been developed heuristics ,metaheuristics and others to obtain approximate solutions . This article focuses the next problem: How to formulate a realistic scenery to 2015 and at the same time be the base of a vision that can be carry out to the furniture cluster of Villa El Salvador?; in order to have results, we applied DELPHI and MINI DELPHI surveys as well the prospective strategic method, it involves the MIC MAC, MACTOR and SMIC methods; all the data was processes by shareware software of LIPSOR institute of France. The principal results were: the variables of the strategic axis, the actors role, the bets scenery to 2015 and a vision proposed to that year.

The rate of annual growth of energy comsumption in the world increases at a rate of 2 to 3%, having hydrocarbons and coal like its main components. In Peru the proven reserves of energy are: gas (Camisea) with 43% of the commercial energy, 23.1% of hydroenergy, natural gas liquids with 14.7% and others with 19,2%. The power trade balance in Peru is negative, petroleum production in the last years this descending whereas gas production and gas liquids are increasing. Camisea is the more important gas project of Peru, the construction of the liquefaction plant will be used for the export and the implementation of basic petrochemical industries. Gas will become important in the change of Peru's power matrix.

The industrial faculty posgrade unit of UNMSM (UPG) since 2007 had an accelerated growing in programs and students, in this scenario, the academic - management system was not enough to the higher education modern approach, generating the next question: What kind of quality management design is appropriate and how to must be implemented at the UPG taking as a base the ISO 9001 standard?. In order to answer this question, the work team applied concepts like continuously improvement and the process map analysis ; having as a result the validation of the System Management of Academic – Administrative Quality in two academic semesters.
