Rhinoglottophilia and the affirmation grunt- a universal tendency. Based on a corpus of 705 attested words far 'yes' collected from 582 languages spoken in 74 countries, I propose a basic universal template or canonical form for this lexical item having the pattern /he?e/. In the accompanying discussion I suggest a formal and functional explanation for this phenomenon by appealing to the notion of minimal articulatory gesture.

Tutoring, as a process of accompaniment of university students, has among its purposes identification of and reflection on the various difficulties that can interfere in the development of student competencies. To the same end, the present research explores the possibility of using WhatsApp as a tutoring resource in universities, with an emphasis on identifying and reflecting on the academic, personal, and family problems of students. The Pacific University's Management Training Program (PEG), the aim of which is the creation of small businesses, has been implemented for nine years. This article is an attempt to describe and analyze various aspects of these companies' financial activities during the program's first six years (1986-1991). The article examines aspect to do with finance, liquidity and profitability in the businesses that have been set up, along with any direction changes they may have taken and how many are still operating. Finally a number of recommendations are made for improving the financial assessment of PEG businesses.

The present paper aims to describe technological learning in the Computer Unit of the Rafael Urdaneta University (Venezuela). To achieve this, a descriptive, field and non-experimental investigation was carried out using a questionnaire structured by seventeen (17) ítems as a data collection instrument. The population was made up of all the personnel working in the referred unit, which amounted to a total of three (3) key informants. The results allow to conclude that in the Computer Unit of the Rafael Urdaneta University technological learning is an element that is present in a medium-high degree as a managerial strategy in its organizational planning, also the activities of technological learning are developed to a degree Moderate-low but, consequently, technological learning if it is promoted and developed among the members that integrate the unit studied.

The work has identified four dimensións related to service quality of the Library of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos UNMSM. Three of them, which has been called “Tangible Aspects, Empathy and Reliability” can be considered equivalent to those originally obtained by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry. The remaining dimensión is the integrated by Capacity of Response and Security has been called “Response-Security”. The dimensións found are consistent with the findings of other research in the university sector, but not included among those found by those authors. Also, has been tested the use of Neural Networks techniques and grouping with K Means, giving an equivalent result to factorial analysis. In the case of neural networks was used competitive learning with Learning Vector Quantitative LVQ.

The present society, characterized by the unceasing development of science and knowledge, demands from the universities a renewal of management, where the people who produce knowledge are the center, that is, a human capital management. In this sense, this article presents an investigation that analyzes the Strategies of Human Capital Management with respect to the teachers in the Faculty of Education of a university of Lima. The methodology is mixed, quantitative and qualitative. Interviews and surveys were applied to managers and teachers, respectively, and information was obtained on strategies aimed at valuing and promoting human capital in the institution, although the results showed that these are insufficient, emphasizing the institutional commitment of teachers.

The modernization of governmental systems through digitization is a matter of utmost importance today. This shift towards digital aims to update and improve the quality of services they provide to citizens. In the history of economic and political thought, there is a diversity of authors who have different interpretations of human nature, institutions, and of how society should be organized. Among these authors, there is one branch, formed by the thinkers of the Austrian School of Economics, who, in addition to their great contributions to economic thought, also made a transcendental incursion into other disciplines, such as philosophy, political science, law, among others. These thinkers, in turn, are part of a larger group: that of the philosophers of freedom, that is, of those thinkers who intelectually defended individual freedomagainst arbitrary coercion of a third party, especially the State.

Nowadays, the entrepreneurial university approach is gaining strength, as one that develops a university entrepreneurial ecosystem that stimulates entrepreneurship in its students. In this sense, the research aims to delve into the concept of university entrepreneurial ecosystem and identify the main factors that generate it, based on an exploratory and qualitative study, reviewing recent literature in the Scopus, ScienceDirect and EBSCO databases. The search to favor the development of creative thinking in students is an arduous and complex task that guides the possibility of implementing and operating it. Therefore, the objective of this research was to describe the levels of divergent thinking of students in the specialty of education at a university in Lima. The study was of a quantitative, descriptive level and non-experimental design approach. The population was made up of 200 students. An instrument was developed and applied to measure emergent thinking, validated and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha =, 894). It was determined that 61% have an average level of divergent thinking, with originality being predominant (β =, 407). It is concluded that, to improve their level of divergent thinking, they must be flexible about thinking and originality.

Telenursing is a way of caring for and educating oncology patients to promote self-care management at home. The objective of the study was to analyze the scientific evidence on telenursing in the care of oncology patients. This was a systematic and descriptive review in Spanish, Portuguese and English which was available in 3 databases: BMC, Pubmed and Scielo. The articles were selected in English, Spanish and Portuguese with data from 2010-2020. Virtual education has generated consequences at the visual level of people during the coronavirus pandemic since spending more time on the computer, it compromises the eye health of the person causing long-term visual problems, so its research objective is to determine the computer-related ophthalmic syndrome in teachers at a university of the province of Lima. It is a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, and cross-sectional study, with a total population of sixty-three teachers who answered a digital survey with socio-demographic data and the Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnaire (CVS-Q) instrument. This research seeks to demonstrate the effects produced by the professional profile of the teacher and their competitive training of graduates of a university in Ecuador. The research method is transversal with a type of quantitative applied research, with a sample of 55 teachers and 132 graduates. Two surveys were developed and applied to measure the variables; Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to determine the degree and significance of relationship.
