Telenursing is a way of caring for and educating oncology patients to promote self-care management at home. The objective of the study was to analyze the scientific evidence on telenursing in the care of oncology patients. This was a systematic and descriptive review in Spanish, Portuguese and English which was available in 3 databases: BMC, Pubmed and Scielo. The articles were selected in English, Spanish and Portuguese with data from 2010-2020. It was found that tele-nursing, a new form of access to the care service provided by nursing professionals to patients with oncology treatment, including technological tools allow a direct and timely relationship to respond to the detection of adverse events after chemotherapy, promote self-care and control and monitor the patient’s health status at home. Objective: To identify the scientific evidence of occupational risk in night shift related to breast cancer in nurses. Methods: A review of the literature was carried out by consulting the following databases: PubMed, Science Direct, Scielo and Dialnet. Records were selected from 2012 to 2022, in Spanish, Portuguese and English on the topic of interest. Results: After critical reading analysis, a total of 16 studies were identified. Most studies report the occupational risk of the nurse is related to breast cancer with night shifts more than 3 per month, melatonin, exposure to artificial light during the night, circadian rhythm among others. Conclusions: Occupational risks are present, so the nurse in the face of increased risk of cancer should assume preventive-promotional self-care actions to promote their quality of life.

Objective: To analyze the development of scientific evidence on the use of the nurse navigator for the care and management of oncology patients. Materials and method: An integrative review was conducted in the databases PubMed, Science Direct Cochrane Library and Scielo of publications generated between 2011 and 2021, using the key descriptors "navigator", "nurse" "oncology" "cancer" and their respective synonyms in English and Spanish". En el Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásica se realizará el estudio teniendo como: Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimientos y la práctica del profesional de enfermerÃa sobre el protocolo de actuación en caso de los derrames de citostáticos. Método: Es de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, y correlacional. Se trabajará con una población de 30 Licenciadas de EnfermerÃa, dentro de los criterios de inclusión, profesionales de enfermerÃa de ambos sexos, asistenciales que laboran más de un año en el área de la unidad de quimioterapia nombradas y/o contratadas que acepten participar en el estudio, previa firma del consentimiento informado.
