The research was oriented to interpret the perception that the teachers of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano - Puno in 2015 have about the freedom of teaching, identifying the faculties it grants and the limits that restrict their exercise. The research is qualitative and its design is phenomenological, to understand the perceptions of teachers, who constitute the population of analysis, from which an intentional sample of 9 teachers was selected, with 11 to 30 years of permanence in the institution. Actualmente, nuestro país sufre una crisis moral, mostrándose un sistema jurídico dentro del cual se presentan algunos casos de corrupción, en los que se negocian y pactan resultados de procesos judiciales, sin ceñirse estrictamente al debido proceso. RESUMENEl propósito de investigación fue evaluar las competencias del perfil de egreso de un programa de estudios del nivel superior, en lo que se refiere al nivel de logro de las mismas y los mecanismos empleados para su desarrollo. A través de un muestreo intencional no probabilístico se seleccionó como muestra de estudio a los 18 estudiantes que cursaron el IX ciclo, durante el semestre académico 2019-II, considerando que este es el semestre superior en la implementación de la estructura curricular vigente.
