El presente estudio tiene como finalidad abordar la investigación de la efectividad de las políticas públicas en relación a los servicios de salud, en una zona de difícil acceso tipo A de la región amazónica del Ecuador, como también identificar las dimensiones y categorías intervinientes. Cuyos resultados mostraron que el 78,8% % de los servidores públicos encuestados, consideran que la variable política públicas, mantiene un bajo nivel; de los cuales: el 36,4% consideran como regular los servicios de salud; el 45.5% consideran que el equipamiento e infraestructura es bajo; el 33.3% afirman que el portafolio de servicios es bajo; y, el 66,7% consideran que el liderazgo es bajo. The modernization of governmental systems through digitization is a matter of utmost importance today. This shift towards digital aims to update and improve the quality of services they provide to citizens. Therefore, this research has the general objective of proposing accessibility strategies to information to strengthen the quality of service at the UEA in Ecuador, 2023. Methodologically, it is framed in a positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, a descriptive cross-sectional design was used, which involved measuring the variables once and analyzing the results at a specific time. This analysis focuses on the effectiveness of government policies in the field of health, specifically in a difficult-to-access region of the Ecuadorian Amazon, classified as type A. It also seeks to uncover the categories and dimensions that intervene in this process. According to the data obtained, 78.8% of the public officials surveyed perceive that public policies present an insufficient level. Of these, 36.4% rate health services as regular, 45.5% consider that infrastructure and equipment are deficient, 33.3% believe that the service portfolio is insufficient, and 66.7% believe that leadership is insufficient.
