Se ha realizado una investigación con el propósito de determinar la relación del Plan de Calidad del Turismo CALTUR 2010-2019 y la efectividad del sector, para el efecto, se aplicó un diseño descriptivo correlacional para datos del período 2010-2019 sobre el manejo del presupuesto para el turismo y los efectos de los indicadores del sector, analizando a los centros de formación turística, asistencia técnica para la competitividad turística, promoción turística, programación de acondicionamiento turístico COPESCO, sobre la ejecución presupuestal, el empleo turístico, afluencia de turistas, participación del ingreso de divisas por turismo receptivo respecto al PBI nacional, los ingresos de divisas generadas por la actividad turística y se ha medido el nivel de satisfacción del turismo NST. The results of research on measuring the level of quality by Servqual model in the Language Centre of the National University of Callao (CIUNAC) are presented. Users’ perceptions regarding the services provided by the CIUNAC and set the level of service quality were determined. Overall there is a median satisfaction with the quality of service offered by the Language Centre, being the least satisfaction with the counseling procedures.The model used will help establish improvement plans for each area of student interest, improving quality of service in order to be a competitive organization.

En este artículo se presentan los resultados de la investigación sobre la medición del nivel de calidad mediante el modelo SERVQUAL en el Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Nacional del Callao (CIUNAC). Se determinaron las percepciones de los usuarios con respecto a los servicios brindados por el CIUNAC y establecer el nivel de calidad del servicio. En líneas generales existe una mediana satisfacción con la calidad del servicio que ofrece el Centro de Idiomas, encontrándose la menor satisfacción en cuanto a la asesoría en trámites.El modelo empleado ayudará a establecer planes de mejora para cada área del interés del alumno, mejorando la calidad del servicio a fin de ser una organización competitiva.

La investigación realizada se orienta al sector de educación, y su estudio es específicamente en el Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Nacional del Callao (CIUNAC). El objetivo es determinar el nivel de calidad de servicio en el Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad del Callao durante el periodo 2011 - 2012, mediante el modelo SERVQUAL, el cual tiene cinco dimensiones: fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad, empatía y elementos tangibles. Para el estudio se emplearon herramientas estadísticas y de recolección de datos por fuentes primarias y secundarias, además se utilizó un cuestionario basado en el Modelo SERVQUAL, para determinar las percepciones de los usuarios con respecto a los servicios brindados por el CIUNAC y establecer el nivel de calidad del servicio.
