El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como problema general: ¿Qué relación existe entre la Cultura organizacional y el desempeño directivo en la Red Nº 15, UGEL 01 del distrito de Villa El Salvador, 2014? y el objetivo general fue: Determinar la relación entre la cultura organizacional y el desempeño directivo en la Red Nº 15, UGEL 01 del distrito de Villa El Salvador, 2014. El tipo de investigación fue básica de naturaleza descriptiva – correlacional, el diseño fue no experimental de corte transversal-correlacional. The objective of this study was to identify the results of the learning management system (LMS) functionality, and its relationship in the perception of electronic engineering students. The results serve as a basis for continuous improvement for the higher institution, because these systems are tools that have the purpose of improving the performance and retention of the student in the virtual teaching-learning process. Initially, the reliability of the data collected was determined using Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining a consistency coefficient of 0.868. The purpose is to analyze the academic contributions to the development of emotional intelligence in adolescents. The methodology employed was a descriptive systematic review, using the PRISMA Declaration guide, the search for information was carried out in the online databases Scopus, ProQuest, Concytec and EBSCO. The review took into account emotional self-regulation, protective factors, emotional competencies and the appropriate context for their enhancement. This article aims to carry out a descriptive analysis of the performance of teachers qualified as researchers, in the distance education environment according to the student's perspective. The results will be a frame of reference for university authorities on the path of continuous improvement of virtual education.
