The aim of this study was to improve the Pedagogical-Didactic area of the Preprofessional _x000D_ Practice in the initial teacher training students of the Professional School of Primary _x000D_ Education, through the reflective practice: Action-research, employing McKernan's _x000D_ temporal process model. The participants were a group of students in the final year of initial _x000D_ teacher training. The Digital Field Diary, the reflection questionnaires at the end of the _x000D_ learning sessions, the analytical memos and the satisfaction questionnaire were used for data _x000D_ collection. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y la satisfacción laboral en docentes de una institución educativa privada de Trujillo, 2022. El tipo de estudio fue descriptivocorrelacional y diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 55 docentes de los niveles de Inicial, Primaria y Secundaria. Los instrumentos aplicados fueron el Inventario de Burnout de Maslach(MBI) y Escala de Satisfacción Laboral para docentes (ESLA-Educación). Los resultados encontrados evidenciaron que existe una correlación inversa moderada y significativa entre síndrome de Burnout y satisfacción laboral (Rho de Spearman=-0.436, p = .001). DURING THE CONTEXT OF VIRTUAL CLASSES DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, IT WAS EVIDENCED THAT MANY TEACHERS HAD TO FACE ACCELERATED ADAPTATION STAGES, WHICH IS WHY TEACHERS PRESENTED DIFFICULTIES IN DESIGNING THEIR TEACHING STRATEGIES AND STUDENTS SHOWED CERTAIN DIFFICULTIES IN THEIR LEARNING. IN THIS SENSE, THIS ARTICLE AIMS TO DETERMINE HOW THE PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL TRAITS OF THE TEACHER ARE RELATED TO THEIR TEACHING STRATEGIES, IN THE CONTEXT OF COVID-19, FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE STUDENTS.
