The purpose of this report is to analyze the exchange and extra-exchange actions, which derive from a security, this is done with the purpose of knowing what types of shares the holder can exercise in case of default. Any security title that contains the exchange relationship may go through the Single Execution Process, if it does not possess it, it will go through another judicial route. In other words, the holder will never lose the power to claim the primitive obligation, but it will depend on which way he should go, since our legislation favors the legitimate creditor of any abuse of right.

Technological advances have allowed to collect and store large volumes of data over the years. Besides, it is significant that today's applications have high performance and can analyze these large datasets effectively. Today, it remains a challenge for data mining to make its algorithms and applications equally efficient in the need of increasing data size and dimensionality [1]. To achieve this goal, many applications rely on parallelism, because it is an area that allows the reduction of cost depending on the execution time of the algorithms because it takes advantage of the characteristics of current computer architectures to run several processes concurrently [2]. This paper proposes a parallel version of the FuzzyPred algorithm based on the amount of data that can be processed within each of the processing threads, synchronously and independently.

This study focused on evaluating the effect of mediating technologies on post-pandemic educational processes, emphasizing their essential role in enhancing interaction and cooperation between teachers and students. Although their relevance is evident, challenges persist in terms of access, quality, and evaluation of technological educational initiatives. This paper presents a proposal to improve the storage process using the Lean Warehousing, 5S, SLP, and PDCA tools to improve the indicator of perfect deliveries. Initially, a diagnosis of the current situation of the warehouse was executed, analyzing and collecting quantitative and qualitative information on the storage processes. The principal causes of the low service level were analyzed, and three main problems were identified as substantial causes, non-compliance with the quantities and items of the orders (53.54%), the delay of deliveries (24.8%), and the deterioration or obsolescence of stocks in the warehouse (23.82%). The growth of extractive economic activity has been reflected in the increase of its transfers to subnational governments, a process that allows governments to generate their own income to better spending; however, according to multiple authors, there is an inefficiency in its execution. This research seeks to estimate a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the behavior of capital spending for transfers of natural resources to regional governments to identify the main causes of its inefficiency, during the years 2009-2022. Los comités de ética en investigación tienen un rol importante en la protección del bienestar y seguridad de los participantes; y, en países donde la población es potencialmente vulnerable a la explotación, su presencia es de gran importancia. Ante este hecho, y tomando en cuenta la existencia de graves problemas y la necesidad de reformar el sistema de protección de los sujetos de investigación, se plantea la necesidad de compartir estándares de calidad y criterios de evaluación adecuados y homogéneos, creándose así el término ‘acreditación’. Por lo tanto, debemos situarnos en la realidad local, y a raíz de ello poder entender el significado de la acreditación de los comités de ética en investigación como un proceso, justificando su ejecución y analizando las fortalezas y debilidades de que la realice una entidad gubernamental.
