El presente Informe por Servicios Profesionales tiene como objetivo demostrar técnica y económicamente que la construcción del Crucero 915 permitirá la fluidez del acarreo, para la producción de 80 TMD, procedentes de la profundización de la veta Marchante, mina Soledad. Se diagnosticaron los antecedentes del Nivel Superior, cota 2465, el cual accedía a la veta Marchante mediante el Crucero 465, con sección de 7´x 8´, verificando que los equipos de acarreo de mineral no cumplían con la producción, ni los rendimientos programados. Para poder cumplir con los requerimientos de la Planta Concentradora (80 TMD), debido al aumento de las reservas minerales, se tuvo que realizar el presente proyecto, que consistió en la construcción del Crucero 915, de sección 3m x 3m, para el acarreo de mineral; debido a la incorporación de un Scoop Diesel de 1,5 yd3, marca Sandvik, modelo LH20...

Mission Produce es un productor, importador y distribuidor global de paltas Hass. Al 2015, la empresa tiene operaciones en México, Chile, Perú y los Estados Unidos. Más del 90% de las ventas de palta de Mission se realizan en los Estados Unidos y Canadá, el 6% en Japón y el resto en Europa, Singapur y China. En 2013, la empresa vendió el equivalente a un total de 176 mil toneladas a nivel mundial, siendo el 70% clientes minoritas, el 15% mayoristas, el 13% de servicios de alimentos y el 2% corredores, lo que le permitió obtener el 23% de la cuota del mercado. In order to select marine bacteria with the ability to produce extracellular enzymes (EEC), samples from Argopecten purpuratus and Crassostrea gigas in cultivation as well as from other interticlal and benthic invertebrates were analyzed. The selection of producer EEC strains was carried out in Marine Agar (MA) with addition of the relevant substratum (starch, casein, tween-80, lecithine, DNA and gelatine). The EEC producer strains evaluation was carried out on 102 isolates. The results show that bacteria associated toA. purpuratusand C. gigashave the best multienzymatic activities; however, Semimytilus algosus, Tetrapigus niger and Thais chocolata are also important sources of bacteria producers of EEC. The aim of this study was to identify and evaluate gamma (PP) and delta cells in alpaca pancreas by immunohistochemistry (IHC). Samples were obtained from 30 alpacas from the southern highlands of Peru (crías, juveniles and adults). Histological sections of 5 μm thickness (3 per lobe and 2 of the body) were used. A commercial kit of IHC and polyclonal antibodies (anti-PP and anti-SSTR3) were used to identify PP and delta cells. Rat pancreas samples were used as positive controls. The intensity of the marking was qualitatively classified between 0 (no marking) and 3 (strong marking). PP cells were present in all age groups, mainly in the body and right lobe of the pancreas, being observed mainly in the periphery and intermediate zone of the islets with a medium and strong marking. La tesis tiene un enfoque hidrológico, cambio climático y preservación de recurso hídrico. La fórmula de flujo másico es una ecuación que permite determinar el potencial de producción de agua líquida a partir de la niebla. La presente tesis se enmarca en la ciudad de Cusco, la investigación tiene por objetivo evaluar los efectos que producen el aceite requemado automotriz y la cola sintética blanca en las propiedades físico mecánicas de la madera Eucalipto Globulus con contenido de humedad seco procedente de Paucartambo – Cusco aplicada por inmersión prolongada para uso estructural. The objective of this research study was to design and implement a water treatment system using ultraviolet radiation (UV)produced with photovoltaic panels. This system would be able to satisfy the needs of residents who do not have drinking waterand live in rural areas. The design begins with the evaluation of the energy demand required for the ultraviolet light lamp and thewater pump, which are powered by the photovoltaic panel. The aim of this study was to estimate the prevalence of subclinical mastitis and identify environmental risk factors in dairy cattle from small producers in the high Peruvian mountains. A cross-sectional study was carried out, analyzing milk samples per mammary quarter from 300 Brown Swss cows belonging to 38 producers from the district of Santa Rosa, Melgar, in Puno, Peru. The area is located at an altitude of 3900-4300 m. The California Mastitis Test (CMT) was used for the detection of subclinical mastitis, while the identification of environmental factors was done through surveys and inspections to the sites. The prevalence of subclinical mastitis was 47.0% (141/300) and 21.2% (254/1200) at the level of cows and mammary quarters, respectively, without significant differences between quarters (p>0.05). The situation of the production of cocoa in the province of Manabi (Ecuador) is presented, together with its development possibilities with the introduction of a sustainable cultural revaluation policy. Cocoa producers generally carry out their activities in rural areas and urban peripheries where living conditions are often precarious; each productive unit (farm) has an approximately extension of five hectares, and 90% of their maintenance is carried out by the family. Este estudio aborda los efectos que vinculan la planificación adaptativa y el capital social que impulsan la innovación empresarial. Se ha seleccionado un estudio de caso que involucra a una comunidad de productores de pisco, agrupados en torno a un centro de innovación productiva y transferencia de tecnología (CITE agroindustrial) en la zona sur de Lima, Perú. El estudio examina cómo han cambiado sus percepciones durante un período de seis años (2012-2018). Los resultados muestran el efecto de mediación que tiene la planificación adaptativa promovida a través de las actividades del CITE entre el capital social y la innovación, que además se fortalece con el tiempo. In the present work was evaluated the content of cadmium in soils, leaves, fresh almonds (testa and embryo), dried fermented almonds, cocoa liquor, and chocolate bars with 70% cocoa, two provinces (Bellavista and Huallaga), and 5 locations (3 in Bellavista and 2 in Huallaga) of the San Martín Region. The cadmium content was determined with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer, using a filtered sample obtained from 0.5 g of dry sample and 5 ml of perchloric nitric solution, after digestion; tests carried out in laboratories of the Universidad Nacional de San Martín (UNSM).
