La presente investigación lleva por título Liderazgo directivo y su relación con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Hotel Europa, Iquitos Loreto 2015, la misma que tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre las variables en estudio, para lo cual también se planteó como hipótesis que si existe relación entre el liderazgo directivo y el desempeño laboral. El presente informe de tesis se realizó a través de un enfoque de investigación cualitativa, de naturaleza descriptiva y propositiva, centrándose en el análisis de la causa principal de la Inoperatividad del Fondo Nacional Indemnizatorio creado por la Ley Nº 24973 respecto a los casos de errores judiciales en el Perú; para tal fin, en el desarrollo de la investigación se abordaron temas como indemnización por error judicial, casaciones relacionadas al tema de investigación; así como, doctrina y fundamentos del Fondo Nacional Indemnizatorio; todo ello, con el propósito de comprender por qué las víctimas que han sufrido un error judicial tienen que recurrir a la vía civil para hacer valer su derecho constitucional a la indemnización por error judicial y no son indemnizadas por la Ley antes referida.

In order to select marine bacteria with the ability to produce extracellular enzymes (EEC), samples from Argopecten purpuratus and Crassostrea gigas in cultivation as well as from other interticlal and benthic invertebrates were analyzed. The selection of producer EEC strains was carried out in Marine Agar (MA) with addition of the relevant substratum (starch, casein, tween-80, lecithine, DNA and gelatine). The EEC producer strains evaluation was carried out on 102 isolates. The results show that bacteria associated toA. purpuratusand C. gigashave the best multienzymatic activities; however, Semimytilus algosus, Tetrapigus niger and Thais chocolata are also important sources of bacteria producers of EEC. Objectives: To determine the presence of IgG anti-Trypanosoma cruzi antibodies in humans and the triatomines feeding habits in 3 Nasca, Peru provinces housings. Material and methods: IgG anti-T. cruzi antibodies were studied by RIFI and ELISA methods in 867 inhabitants blood samples (excluding less than one year-old children) in Tulin, Vista Alegre and Changuillo localities in order to determine Chagas disease. We also investigated 494 houses conditions, captured 581 samples of Triatoma infestans (411 nymphs and 170 adults) and intestinal contents were studied for feeding habits and search for T. cruzi. Results:We identified IgG anti-T. cruzi antibodies in 128 inhabitants samples (14,8%), 89 (15,9%) females and 39 (12,6%) males.
