Este estudio examina la eficacia y precisión de la Traducción Automática (TA) en comparación con la Traducción Humana (TH), para lo cual utiliza la métrica Bilingual Evaluation Understudy (BLEU) en la evaluación. El campo en rápida evolución de la traducción de idiomas, especialmente en el contexto del aprendizaje automático y la inteligencia artificial, requiere una evaluación crítica de la TA versus TH. Se busca comparar la calidad de las traducciones generadas por máquina de Google Translate, DeepL y ChatGPT 3.5 con traducciones humanas en el par lingüístico inglés-español. The worldwide spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has triggered an international sanitary crisis that many countries could not tackle. In our country the relationship among the health care professionals their patients and relatives has been affected, in part due to a disorganized governmental response to the pandemic that dictated incorrect treatment recommendations based on foreign experiences resulting in severe attempts against the individual dignity. Objective. The present research aims to analyze the individual, organizational and community resilience of teachers in vulnerable contexts from a descriptive review of the literature. Methods. For the data collection process, the databases Scielo, Scopus, Proquest, Web of Science (WoS), ScienceDirect were used, 20 original research articles published between 2015 and 2021 were selected, including quantitative and qualitative articles. Law in a transnational context loses the features with which it has been configured since modernity. Classic distinctions between national and international, public and private, substantive and procedural, legal and political, social and legal lose their rigidity in a context of norms, orders, institutions and agents that interact and overlap in diverse and changing ways. The advancement of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) has transformed various fields, including education, generating debates about its impact on learning. In this context, the present study aimed to analyze the perception of academic use of GAI among university students from six universities in southern Peru. A structured questionnaire with 16 items was applied to 280 students from different majors, evaluating three dimensions: assistance in academic writing, support in academic tasks, and critical evaluation, using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The Lesson Study methodology is recognized as a powerful tool to strengthen teaching practice and learning globally. However, its effectiveness depends on overcoming cultural, structural, and methodological barriers. Therefore, it is crucial to investigate how and under what conditions it can be successfully implemented. This study analyzed the application of this methodology in various educational contexts, identifying key factors for its success and critical areas that require improvement to optimize its impact. International law has sought to regulate human mobility throughout history, yet it still faces significant limitations and a marked Eurocentric bias. Forty years after the Cartagena Declaration on Refugees, this article analyzes the discussions of the Cartagena+40 Process, which resulted in the Chile Declaration and Plan of Action 2024–2034. These discussions identified the main normative and migration policy challenges in Latin America.
