El presente trabajo de investigación lleva como título: “Motivación de logro y autoeficacia académica de los estudiantes del Centro Pre Universitario de la Universidad Nacional de Juliaca en el año 2018”, tiene como objetivo general determinar el nivel de relación entre la motivación de logro y la autoeficacia académica de los estudiantes. El tipo de investigación es cuantitativa y según el alcance temporal es transversal, el nivel que corresponde es el descriptivo, correlacional y cuyo diseño de la investigación es no experimental. The development and consumption of functional foods (FF) have gained relevance in response to modern dietary habits and their effects on public health. This study evaluated the current perspectives on FF in different countries and their promotion of health through a bibliometric and scoping review of the Scopus database, selecting 52 relevant documents from the last 15 years. The search equation used was ("functional food" or "functional product") and ("food development" and health) and not (animals or animals). The R biblioshiny package was used to quantify the data. The textile industry, despite its economic significance, generates considerable environmental impact due to the intensive use of resources and polluting substances. In response to this challenge, biotechnology emerges as a sustainable alternative to transform the sector's production processes. This study aimed to analyze the main trends, key actors, and scientific applications of biotechnology in the textile industry through a bibliometric review complemented by narrative analysis. A total of 846 documents were collected from the Scopus database between 1985 and 2025, showing a notable increase in publications since 2015 and an average of 62.86 citations per article. The advancement of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) has transformed various fields, including education, generating debates about its impact on learning. In this context, the present study aimed to analyze the perception of academic use of GAI among university students from six universities in southern Peru. A structured questionnaire with 16 items was applied to 280 students from different majors, evaluating three dimensions: assistance in academic writing, support in academic tasks, and critical evaluation, using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The functional compounds present in food are essential to prevent certain types of cancer, so it is important to know how they vary in the food during storage. The study was conducted in the Puno region in 2019; the objective of the trial was to evaluate the behavior of functional compounds in two accessions of Isaño: Yana añu (purple-dark color) and Yellow pumpkin with purple eyes during storage at natural conditions 13 ºC and 65 % of relative humidity. The method used to determine the polyphenols was the one described by Folin-Ciocalteu; ABTS to determine the CAOX and visual titration with 2-6 Dichlorophenolindophenol to quantify the vitamin C content.
