The study was based on the theory of perceived value using a multidimensional scale of 16 items. The type of research was a cross-sectional descriptive correlational design. The global consumption of ultra-processed foods (UPF) has experienced a rapid increase, particularly in developed urban environments. This trend has been associated with a rise in the prevalence of non-communicable diseases, suggesting potential risks to human health. Therefore, the study aimed to analyze trends and models of scientific production related to UPF and public health. To conduct the research, 139 documents were gathered from the Scopus database, using keywords such as "ultra-processed food" and "public health." The objective of this study was to map the literature to identify benefits, challenges, and ethical solutions. A bibliometric analysis and narrative review approach were used for documents from Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus in July 2024. A total of 792 WOS and 144 Scopus documents were analyzed using the search equations "Generative artificial intelligence" OR ChatGPT AND "Academic integrity." The development and consumption of functional foods (FF) have gained relevance in response to modern dietary habits and their effects on public health. This study evaluated the current perspectives on FF in different countries and their promotion of health through a bibliometric and scoping review of the Scopus database, selecting 52 relevant documents from the last 15 years. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the fit of the model that relates distraction by the use of smartphones with addiction to social networks and stress in young people and adults in the department of Tacna in the year 2024. The research adopts an experimental design and has a sample of 100 participants from Tacna, selected through non-probabilistic sampling. The results obtained reveal an X2/gl of 15.01, a CFI of 0.993, a TLI of 0.990, an RMSEA of 0.376, an SRMR of 0.053 and a PNFI of 0.767. In conclusion, it is evident that the adjustment model relating smartphone distraction with social network addiction and stress in young people does not reach adequate goodness-of-fit indices.
