Given the importance of family businesses in the economy of different countries, and the scope of these only 10% to the third generation, it is necessary to identify the main factors that affect the continuity of this type of companies. For this, it is necessary to review the literature in this regard, in order to identify the main factors that should be considered in the continuity of family businesses. In this respect the main topics proposed by leading researchers at an international level have been analyzed, and applied in the case of family businesses in Peru. It is a descriptive investigation based on documentary research. At the final part of the thesis, the main factors that should be considered in the continuity of family businesses will be identified.

It is proposed that Organizational Psychologists could provide professional services to facilitate such changes from the perspective of three methodologies: Design Thinking (PDD), Employee Experience Design (DEx), and Appreciative Inquiry (IA), and two strategies for the development of adaptive resources of workers: Promoting Learning and providing Coaching and Psychological Counseling. The document is aimed primarily at students interested in Organizational Psychology, and those who manage diplomas and masters in this area. In addition, information is included that could be useful to Educational Psychologists.

En el ensayo se revisa cómo las ciencias sociales actuales hacen uso del concepto paisaje como categoría analítica en la investigación territorial. El estudio del paisaje implica un proceso de multidisciplinariedad importante, en el que la historia funge como eje fundamental al representar la dinámica de las estructuras y morfologías sociales y ambientales que van dejando huellas en los espacios. Los paisajes son ventanas a los diferentes modos de ser y hacer en la historia, por lo que son una herramienta con grandes posibilidades para comprender las súbitas transformaciones de las regiones contemporáneas. La discusión que se propone en este sentido, comienza por encontrar la posición teórico-metodológica de los estudios del paisaje en las ciencias sociales, en específico con el enfoque cultural en geografía.

In the last stage of development of capitalism, transfers of businesses are frequent. For this purpose, legal systems have regulated procedures to protect creditors and shareholders. In Peruvian legal system, the General Law of Corporations regulates these kinds of transfers through mergers, divisions and reorganizations. However, those operations influence in employment relationships because of the translation of its productive organizations. In this work, we try to find factors that determine the export continuity of Peruvian apparel exporters. Logistic regression has been used because it gives several advantages over other methods where the outcome variable is dichotomous or continuous with few values. Logit model exhibits significant interactions which have been deeply analyzed. Likewise, it was possible an exhaustive residual and goodness-of-fit analysis. Finally, we could validate the model for forecast of export continuity in 2006.

El artículo presenta una revisión sistemática de la literatura cuyo objetivo fue analizar el impacto de las estrategias de gestión de calidad en la mejora continua de comunidades educativas. Para ello, se examinaron estudios empíricos publicados entre 2014 y 2024, seleccionando investigaciones en inglés y español que abordaran explícitamente la temática. La búsqueda se realizó en las bases de datos Scopus, SciELO, ERIC y Web of Science, utilizando términos relacionados con la gestión de calidad y la mejora educativa, mediante la estrategia y organización propuestas en el protocolo Prisma. This work seeks to show the situation of an undergraduate career related to information technologies and the low population of women among its students; in contrast to the great job opportunities and social mobility offered by this career, both locally and internationally. Indeed, today’s companies require professionals of careers linked to information technologies, and, moreover, seek diversity among their collaborators. This paper also aims to create a conceptual framework related to a marketing strategy and a methodology for the elaboration of a strategic marketing plan in order to increase the number of women in these careers. El objetivo general del trabajo de acuerdo a un estudio y análisis es brindar propuestas de mejora en el proceso logístico para contenedores de importación que se encuentran almacenados en el depósito temporal de APMTIS-CALLAO, la información obtenida de los KPIs internos dio como resultado que los cuellos de botella principalmente se encuentran en dos procesos que es recepción y despacho , el trabajo se enfocara en los dos procesos anteriormente indicados tal es así que tendrá un gran impacto interno en los servicio ofrecidos por el depósito que busca ser sustentable en el tiempo .

The Self-Evaluation System is presented, implementing in the Model of Happy and Integral Schools (EFI) an educational area focused on the rights of children and adolescents based on three approaches: Rights, Equity and Participatory. Italso shows us the procedure for conducting the self-assessment in a participatory and contextualized way, and it will be concluded that the EFI school Self-Assessment System is an adequate strategy for the improvement of the school service, and how this evaluation system, which is unique and suitable for the context of Ventanilla district, can be replicated in other schools that also have as a student center.

Además, extiende los resultados de convergencia del caso convexo para demostrar que en el caso cuasi-convexo la trayectoria converge a un punto candidato a solución. Estos resultados son útiles en las aplicaciones de la matemática a la economía, por ejemplo las funciones de costo, producción y utilidad, que caracterizan al problema de decisión del consumidor, suelen ser convexas o cuasi-convexas y el conjunto de decisión del consumidor se encuentra generalmente en el octante no negativo Rn+.
