La internacionalización es considerada como una de las tendencias actuales de la educación superior, y está vinculada con el desarrollo científico técnico, apoyada en las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones, mirada que apunta a la “sociedad global” y a la “sociedad del conocimiento”. El objetivo de la investigación consiste en proponer un procedimiento general para la gestión la internacionalización de la educación superior, fundamentado en la necesidad de socializar y motivar a los docentes y autoridades sobre la importancia de la internacionalización para el logro de la calidad de los procesos sustantivos y de apoyo; así como un elemento clave en el logro de la excelencia universitaria. En la presente investigación se estudia determinar de qué manera se relaciona la cultura organizacional con la gestión del talento humano en la Facultad de educación de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos -2016. La muestra estuvo constituida por 219 sujetos, el muestro empleado es de tipo probabilístico, estratificado y a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios para medir las variables investigadas cultura organizacional y gestión del talento humano. Pedagogical Accompaniment and Teaching Performance in the Primary Educational Institution for Minors No. 127 "San José", at the levels of Initial and Primary - El Agustino district, its main objective is to determine the relationship between the study variables (Pedagogical Accompaniment and Teaching Performance) . Methodologically it is descriptive - correlational, non-experimental, transversal, quantitative. The population is made up of 56 teachers, applying the formula to a size of 49 teachers. Two Lickert-type instruments were designed then subjected to validity and reliability whose consistency was "good" based on the established parameters. The thesis concludes by showing that there is a strong positive correlation throughout the research, between the variables analyzed: Pedagogical Accompaniment and Teaching Performance, as well as between their dimensions respectively.

The purpose of this research was to determine the degree of relationship between graphic-schematic techniques as a metacognitive strategy on academic performance. The sample consisted of 54 students from the Faculty of Education of the Catholic University Sedes Sapientiae. For this purpose, the quasi-experimental approach was used and the results were processed with the SPSS version 12 statistical package. After the application of workshops for learning the graphic-schematic techniques as a metacognitive strategy, the evaluation of the levels of academic performance and a survey on the personal appreciation of each of them were carried out. The study concluded in the positive perception of the aforementioned techniques and their tangible effect on academic performance. The statistical study finally confirmed the close and positive relationship between the variables under study.
