In this article we will present a study about the importance of indigenous community radio for preserving, disseminating, and developing the culture of native peoples, and about the difficulties found in Peru for the development of this type of communication projects. To this end, we will first analyze the history of community radio in the country, as well as its legislation regarding communication matters. Subsequently, we will address the question of Peruvian indigenous identity from a brief historical perspective and its current linguistic situation. We will then focus on the particular case of the Network of Indigenous Communicators of Peru (REDCIP) to study their work in the field of indigenous communication in the country. Whoever visits Cusco today will be able to verify, with a slight perception of daily events, that a regional feeling survives in its inhabitants, which seems to be a common characteristic of other regional centers such as Arequipa, Iquitos or Huánuco, to mention a few examples. It is enough to tune into a radio hearing to alternatively hear slogans such as: "Cusco is a city called for better destinations", or "Cusco can only be developed with effective decentralization". This article presents some of the main findings of the research project “Concentration of media or concentration of topics in Peruvian journalism? An analysis of the contents of the 3 news websites in Peru (El Comercio, La República and Radio Programas del Perú), whose objective was to analyze the work of producing their own content in three of the most important digital newsrooms of the country and, with it, verify the variety of information that exists inside the Peruvian digital journalism market. El presente artículo muestra los resultados de un estudio de investigación que abordó el conjunto de problemas surgidos en las comunidades que están dentro del radio de acción de las empresas mineras. Asimismo buscó plantear soluciones vía proyectos SNIP con el propósito de revertir los problemas anteriormente mencionados. Para lograr los resultados obtenidos, se han aplicado algunas técnicas de prospectiva en cuanto a consulta a expertos, habiendo sido previamente adaptadas al escenario que se presentó durante la investigación, así como a las características propias del mismo.

La tomografía computarizada (TC) es un gran avance tecnológico utilizado en medicina para diagnósticar enfermedades. La misma técnica es usada en otras áreas, tales como química aeroespacial, radioastronomia, etc. El principal objetivo de la TC es reconstruir la parte interna de un objeto sin tener la necesidad de abrirlo, dicho procedimiento es conocido como un ensayo no destructivo. Computed tomography (CT) is a breakthrough technology used in medicine for diagnostic diseases. The same technique is used in other areas, such as aerospace chemistry, Radio astronomy, etc. The main objective of the CT is to reconstruct the internal part of an object without having to open it as a non-destructive test. To achieve this purpose, the CT uses the attention that X-rays undergo through this object with the information, the inner part of the object is reconstructed, that is to say the CT is an inverse problem.In this article uses the Fourier transform for the reconstruction of the internal part, for it is directly part of a continuous model, representing the density at the point (x, y) of a section, with a function p = p(x, y); and even though p is not required to be continuous, the Fourier method is more efficient and a better, more regular result is obtained p.

La disposición final del radio-226 representa un serio problema técnico y económico considerando su período de semidesintegración de 1620 años. Es por ello, y considerando un convenio vigente entre el Perú y los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica se realizó una alianza estratégica a fin de facilitar la repatriación de estas fuentes en desuso, consideradas como desechos radiactivos por el Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas. En el presente documento se muestra el trabajo conjunto desarrollado por ambas instituciones, para lograr adecuar a las exigencias técnicas de embalaje y acondicionamiento que permitiera la repatriación de los mismos, con la asistencia y soporte del Laboratorio Nacional de Los Alamos.

La gestión de los desechos radiactivos comprende una serie de etapas que van desde la segregación, en el lugar donde se generan, hasta su disposición final. Sin embargo, las opciones técnicas para los radioisótopos son diferentes debido a las características variadas que presentan. Uno de los mayores problemas lo representan las fuentes de radio-226 debido al período de semidesintegración que es de 1600 años, de allí que su disposición final sea un problema técnico, ambiental y económico.
