This paper is intended to give a synchronic description of the phonological processes suffered by the occlusive segments in coda position at the inner part of the word in the Spanish of Lima. In addition, the descriptive part of the research will be supported by acoustic data that may be evidenced throughout the work. For this purpose the Praat program was used (acoustic analysis). On the other hand, the contrast between the onset and syllabic coda is evidenced from the types ofprocesses that affect each of these positions; for example, the onsets tend to be modified by reinforcement phenomena, while the syllabic codas are modified by weakening processes. Positive psychology, considered as a new vision within psychology, arises with the expectation of knowing the characteristics, processes, and conditions of the optimal functioning of people. This is used to promote a full and meaningful life from the individual perspective to the social projection. This article provides a theoretical-practical analysis of the concepts and applications related to the positive psychology approach; which is addressed from the field of education by promoting a teaching-learning process from and to happiness. Establishing an educational path from and to happiness would imply on the part of the educators a personal commitment to know themselves, to have values, and to pursue goals.

La investigación se planteó, en la perspectiva del desenvolvimiento empresarial de la viticultura piurana. Se realizó la caracterización agroecológica de los valles costeros del Chira, San Lorenzo y Chulucanas, para identificar la posición (valencia) ecológica de Vitis vinifera. Se comprueba que no se necesita clima frío para su desenvolvimiento agroindustrial. De la evaluación agroecológica y agronómica se concluye, que la Región Piura, tiene buena posibilidad de producir uva de mesa, tipo cultivo tropical a un promedio de dos cosechas año calendario de 120-160 días de vegetación. Asimismo, las condiciones climáticas predominantes, permiten un cultivo programado con varios ciclos vegetativos, dependiendo de la variedad de uva y del microclima. Se incorporan condiciones agronómicas para la mejora del proceso productivo.

This study evaluated the online implementation of a positive psychological intervention for retirees during the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil. A mixed longitudinal design with pre-post-intervention and implementation process evaluation was used. Thirty convenience retirees aged between 52-87 years participated (M=65.13; SD=9.22). The instruments were: a sociodemographic questionnaire, visual analog scale, program and sessions’ evaluation form, and moderator’s field diary. Objective. To analyze the relationship between research variables “administrative management” and “brand positioning” at Instituto Juan Bosco in Huanuco, during the first academic semester of 2018. Methods. Research focus was quantitative and its design was non-experimental, data was collected through an opinion poll to find out behavior of the study variables in students of said educational institution.Results. Academic self-efficacy is a powerful predictor of academic success, yet there are several factors that predispose it. Because of this, an explanatory model is proposed using the self-regulation of academic activities, positive affection, and personality. Hierarchical multiple linear regression was used to support the predictive proposal of the model. The Specific Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale of Academic Situations, The Scale of Positive and Negative Experience, Subscale Self-Regulation of Activities of the Academic Procrastination Scale, and Mini International Personality Item Pool (MINI-IPIP) were used. This report describes the case of two male HIV-positive patients who were not receiving treatment and whose diagnosis was confirmed by serology testing.
