El Foro Nacional Huellas: Arte para educar con Calidad se propuso indagar sobre el sentido y sentir de las artes en la escuela y la sociedad. A través de cuatro módulos se ofreció a los docentes del país, la oportunidad de experimentar algo significativo en sus vidas, que les dejara una memoria duradera y un sentido de compromiso con las artes; explorar las huellas del arte que los participantes como educadores, creadores o ciudadanos han dejado en su comunidad; ofrecer un espacio para la reconstrucción del legado histórico-cultural de cada región; estimular una visión de cambio, una imagen del futuro deseado; y de las huellas que los participantes se proponen dejar en la sociedad peruana.
