Study of hypothetical deductive explanatory, whose objective was to demonstrate how the Model Happy and Integrated Schools - Model (EFI) contributed to the improvement of the quality of a NETWORK of four Educational Institutions of the district of Ventanilla, for which observation cards were applied of classroom, institutional climate surveys; and scale of observation of student treatment; 623 children participated in the study, 38 teachers; 4 directors and 151 parents; the conclusion refers to an improvement of 47% in the criteria of equity and inclusivity in these institutions, 25% in the improvement of multidisciplinary management, 17% in the improvement of the institutional climate; and in 50% of the improvement of the participation and agreement of the educational community of these schools.

Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación existente entre el estilo de liderazgo de los directivos y la calidad de la gestión académica y administrativa en la Escuela de Post Grado de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana (UNAP), durante los años 2008 y 2009. In the present research, the epidemiological model SIRD was used to study the spreed of the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Tacna Region. To determine the parameters of the model, the information published through social networks by the Regional Health Directorate of the Tacna Region of Peru was used, which was systematized in an EXCEL matrix and then exported to process the information in the System of Scientific Computing Mathematica. As a result, the graphs corresponding to the model referred to the Susceptible, Infected, Recovered and Deceased individuals from the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Tacna Region were obtained and then the graphs were interpreted in the time interval of the study. The objective of this research was to develop a model of inquiry strategies for the development of critical and creative thinking in students of the sixth grade of primary education in Lajas, Chota (Peru). Twenty-three students participated who made up the study population and sample. The research carried out is of a direct and proactive descriptive level, with a mixed methodological approach. The instruments for data collection were developed based on the study variables with the Likert scale and were applied to students, teachers, directors, and parents. Climate change is directly and indirectly affecting plants, having documented, among others, changingthe distribution pattern until the species extinction; in this context the present study evaluated the effects of climate change on the distribution of Cedrela odorata in the Peruvian Amazon applying modeling techniques with Maxent. The present research denominated "Strategic model of creative thought to produce narrative texts: stories in fourth grade of primary - Lambayeque", was realized with the objective of proposing a strategic model of creative thought to produce stories in fourth grade of primary of IE 10132 Jesus Divine Master - Mochumí. In order to formalize the research, the IE director's authorization was requested, in which he provided the facilities to evaluate the level of text production, in the selected sample of 96 students. Purpose. This paper investigates how past performance changes, prior CEO replacements and changes in the chairperson impact CEO turnover in public and large private businesses. Design/methodology/approach. We analyze 1,679 CEO replacements documented in a sample of 1,493 Spanish public and private firms during 1998–2004 by computing dynamic binary choice models that control for endogeneity in CEO turnovers. Findings. The results reveal that different performance horizons (short- and long-term) explain the dissimilar rate of CEO turnover between public and private firms. The research "Strategic model of creative thinking to produce narrative writing : tales in the fourth grade of primary education - Lambayeque", was carried out with the purpose of proposing a strategic model of creative thinking so that the students from the fourth grade of primary education of 10132 Jesus Divino Maestro School – Mochumí, can produce tales. In order to formalize the research, the authorization of headmaster was requested. He provided the means to evaluate the level of writing production of the 96 students selected. The evaluation results indicate that in the planning dimension only 14% of the selected students elaborate a writing plan. It is also evident that in textual process dimension only 35% of the students apply the textual process to elaborate a writing correctly. The objective of this study was to determine directive school management as a predictor of teamwork in the public Technical-productive Education Centers of Iquitos in the year 2023. This is a predictive study with a field, contemporary, transversal, multivariate and ex-post-facto. A census sample of 90 people was included, divided between managers (06), hierarchical staff (06) and teachers (78). Questionnaires were used to measure research variables. Based on the overall results of the multiple linear regression model, a correlation of R= 0.730 was obtained, indicating a high and positive correlation. Likewise, the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.533, expressed as a percentage, is interpreted as a model that predicts 53.3% of teaching teamwork in the Technical-Productive Education Centers of Iquitos.
