This article describes the analysis made about the level of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions mainly generated by domestic electric energy consumption and wastes produced by households. A district zoning was also made through a cluster analysis according to various characteristics of interest. The results of the statistical processing, estimation, projections, data gathering, among others, were shown in an information system specially elaborated for that purpose and in this system thresholds were established as a reference for the generation of warning signals of CO2 high emission levels that were implemented in a digital tachometer inside the information pyramid proposed.

El clima a nivel mundial está cambiando debido a las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero. El CO2 proveniente de las fuentes fijas en los procesos vinculados a la textilera “Desembarco del Granma” impacta negativamente sobre la industria y su comunidad aledaña. Para mitigar el impacto de este gas se propone su uso en la neutralización de aguas residuales. El objetivo de este trabajo es evaluar el impacto ambiental que provoca el empleo del CO2 generado por las fuentes fijas en la sustitución del ácido sulfúrico para neutralizar aguas residuales textiles. Traditionally, to correct the acidity of soil, lime or agricultural dolomite is used, these conventional liming agents can bring as a secondary effect the decrease in soil organic matter (SOM), the carbon stock and the emission of greenhouse gases (GHG). Alkaline biochar is an alternative due to its stability and ability to obtain a positive carbon balance, improve agricultural soils and generate lower GHG emissions. Objetivo: Determinar si en pacientes con SARS-CoV-2, la obesidad está asociada al desarrollo de estadios graves medidos a través de los parámetros respiratorios como el lactato, PaO2/FiO2 y Saturación de O2 a la admisión, 24, 48 y 72 horas de la admisión, en comparación con los pacientes sin obesidad. Métodos: Estudio de cohorte retrospectivo en el Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta de Trujillo entre abril de 2020 y enero de 2021. La presente investigación: “Nivel de conocimiento y actitud frente al SARS-CoV-2 en estudiantes de Enfermería UNCP 2023”, planteó como objetivo principal: determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitud frente al SARS-CoV-2 en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú en el año 2023. Objective: To describe the prevalence and characteristics of seropositive pregnant women for SARS-CoV-2. Material and methods: Quantitative, cross-sectional and descriptive study. Performed in pregnant women screened for SARS-CoV-2 who met selection criteria at hospital admission. Variables of maternal characteristics, pregnancy complications and newborn condition were collected from the respective medical history. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and 95% confidence intervals. Results: 1477 pregnant women admitted to hospitalization were screened, identifying a seroprevalence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in 5.28% (95% CI: 4.22% -6.57%). Background: The genetic variability of SARS-CoV-2 has increased notably since the pandemic was declared, which has allowed it to represent a continuous challenge for health policies aimed at its control. A 36-year-old male with a history of moderate SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia three months earlier presented nephrotic syndrome with compromised renal function, where the histopathological diagnosis was compatible with collapsing glomerulopathy and, in electron microscopy of renal tissue, tested positive for the antibody against the nucleocapsid of SARS-COV-2 MA5-35943. Refractory to treatment with prednisone, remission of proteinuria was achieved when treated with tacrolimus. La diabetes es una enfermedad silenciosa que degrada progresivamente la salud de las personas y tiene diversos orígenes; sin embargo, los principales desencadenadores son la mala alimentación y la vida sedentaria. En el Perú, existen más de 1 millón de personas con diabetes Tipo 2 y otro millón que lo padece sin ser diagnosticado.
