This article aims to integrate business processes in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs, or PYMES for its acronym in Spanish). The integration will be achieved through the development of web applications based on integration architectures, such as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web services. The integration of business processes allows companies to join their business objectives, as well as optimize processes based on the concept of service. To achieve an optimal communication between companies and their clients through the services, various web standards were used, including: XML as standard format to describe the data; SOAP as data exchange protocol; WSDL to describe available services; and finally UDDI to publish information and check what web services are available.

The integrative approach to care for patients demands training to evaluate frequent chronic problems in the outpatient clinic. Patients with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and asthma can be approach using models of evaluations such as the TOPIC that allows to order the evaluations in a structured sequence of four mayor tasks: processing of the information, development of an adequate physician-patient-family relationship and integrating information and learning for life. Processing information implies four sub-activities in which we evaluate patient´s expectations and concerns, severity and control of conditions, adherence and side effects of treatments focusing on damage to target organs and comorbidities. Applying this model can help physicians and their patients to be more efficient in managing chronic problems considering the short time available for ambulatory care.

This research had as objective develop, implement and validate lexicons (write to the dictation of words and sentences to assess mastery of the phonological path and write words to assess the visual route spelling), a program of stimulation of the psychological processes of the writing: syntactic process (ordering and complete words, placing punctuation) and planning of measured Scripture through the construction of a sequence of stories and the drafting of a descriptive and narrative text. The sample was comprised of 111 students in 2nd and 3rd grade primary school (56 of the control group and 55 of the experimental group) of two state educational institutions of Callao. Solucionándose la problemática de la cobranza y cambiando la imagen y los procesos arcaicos que se venían ejecutando en los procesos de cobranza por los créditos otorgados a sus clientes, en algunos casos morosos, los mismos que venían generando estancamiento de capital y paralización del movimiento económico. La presente investigación titulada: “Modelo basado en técnicas de minería de datos para la segmentación de clientes en la empresa distribuidora Suministros del oriente SA”, tuvo como objetivo general: Diseñar un modelo basado en técnicas de minería de datos para la segmentación de clientes en la empresa distribuidora Suministros del Oriente SA. Con los métodos usados se tuvo una investigación de tipo aplicada a nivel descriptivo y diseño descriptivo - correlacional. Para el diseño del modelo se utilizó la metodología KDD para todo el proceso de minería de datos combinando también el análisis RFM y el enfoque de cuartiles, en los datos extraídos del sistema ERP de la organización mediante el lenguaje R. Concluyendo que el modelo basado en técnicas de minería de datos segmentó a los clientes de la empresa distribuidora Suministros del Oriente SA (Hi).

The problem posed in this investigation is that a mutual fund management company maintained traditional processes of subscription and redemption of quotas in the funds, which caused great economic inefficiencies and discontent among clients. That is why the objective of this research was to propose a proposal to improve customer service processes through the application of a digital transformation through agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup through quasi-experimental practical research. In this way, it was possible to increase profits and customer experience. After the implementation, it was evidenced that thanks to this, the number of AUMs and participants increased by +15% per month and +55%, since the implementation, respectively, translating, later, into higher profits for the company (+10%).

For its development, doctrine, legislation, and jurisprudence were analyzed to propose a judicial and legislative reform that establishes the parameters for the integral adequacy of self-perceived gender identity.
