Sumario:The objective of this research work was to relate two very important aspects within the teaching-learning process, which is the didactic process that the teacher develops in a session and its relationship for the achievement of learning in the students of the Javier Pulgar Educational Institution Vidal de La Esperanza in the Huánuco region, whose purpose was to improve the Educational Quality according to the prevailing educational system. The hypothesis was: There is a significant and positive correlation between teacher teaching processes and student learning achievement in the Javier Pulgar Vidal Educational Institution of the Huánuco region. The level of study was descriptive correlational, the research was basic because it had the purpose of obtaining and gathering information to build a knowledge base that is added to the existing information and is correlated by type, The population was made up of 32 teachers of both levels of regular basic education and the student population was of 330 students also from both levels. The research results show that 75% of teachers observed at least apply didactic processes in the development of their classes which shows a positive result in the achievement of student learning, being the research work of the quantitative correlational type has a practical importance, since the results obtained from the study allow corrective measures to be taken to improve the pedagogical development of teachers for the good of the community.
