Introduction: In this article, based on the theoretical exploration, the need to propose proposals towards the construction of an educational policy of the minimum necessary for the e-learning modality in the university has been identified in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. El objetivo de la presente investigación consistió en analizar las condiciones laborales de universidades peruanas, ante la virtualidad de la educación en el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19. La metodología utilizada se desarrolló desde el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo, paradigma positivista y método analítico. El instrumento fue aplicado a 235 docentes con vínculo laboral vigente en universidades peruanas. Las máquinas de extrusión requieren un control preciso de la temperatura para maximizar el ahorro energético durante los procesos de fabricación y garantizar la calidad del producto. Este artículo presenta una nueva estrategia basada en aprendizaje automático (AA) para optimizar la regulación de la temperatura en tiempo real. El método sugerido aprende los patrones de comportamiento de las máquinas de extrusión en diversas condiciones de funcionamiento y ajusta dinámicamente los parámetros de tensión y temperatura para lograr una gestión más rápida y precisa. The purpose of the research was to identify the predominant dimension of organizational learning that influences the labor well-being of secondary education teachers -Lima (Peru). The research presented the quantitative approach, basic-substantive type, non-experimental design of cross-sectional, correlational-causal. The sample consisted of 200 teachers chosen by simple random probability sampling, to whom the organizational learning and work well-being surveys validated by Cronbach's Alpha (0.945 and 0.858, respectively) were applied. The results were obtained by means of the Nagelkerke R squared model, generating the value of 0.727 that verified that the estimated model was adequate. Research on the bibliographic review studies on collaborative learning at the university level published in the last five years, allows to verify an absence of systematic comparative analysis of explicit and exhaustive analytical criteria that enables ordering of the different contributions.
