The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between institutional pedagogical monitoring and the quality of teaching performance in educational institutions. It is an investigation that corresponds to the Positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level and correlational design. The population consisted of 60 initial education teachers. The survey technique was applied for both variables and as instruments two questionnaires, validated and reliable. The instrument that measures the variable: Institutional pedagogical monitoring presents a reliability index of .864 and the one that measures the variable Quality of teaching performance has an index of .788, measured with Cronbach's alpha. We sought to determine the influence of the administrative competences developed by the directors on the quality of the educational service offered by the educational institutions of the initial level in the UGEL 7. This study is within the positivist model and is basic-substantive with an explanatory level and a transversal and non- experimental design. There were 155 teachers from the initial level who made up a random, simple probabilistic sample. Two scales of opinion or perception were applied as instruments for data collection whose validity and reliability were previously established; the data were processed statistically by regression analysis. The research work that is presented was developed with the objective of verifying the influence of playful strategies on the development of fine motor skills in children from an initial educational institution. It is an investigation carried out from the quantitative approach, of an experimental type and specified in a pre-experimental design. The goal of this essay is to share the project proposal about the use of the action research approach in the degree completion award process for students in thePre-school and Primary Education specialization in a private higher education institution of Lima. This is done within the framework of the implementationprocess for the new curriculum plan initiated in 2013. In that sense, we highlightthe characteristics of this type of research that have been embodied in practice, theprocess followed for its application, as well as achievements, difficulties and theaspects that we still need to work out. Lastly, some thoughts are proposed to consolidate this type of research in the academic and organizational structure of thisinstitution, which could prove useful for higher education institutions interestedin the implementation of this research approach.

The sample consisted of 24 teachers from the Initial Level of School No. 608 Stone Bridge . The research design is transactional , correlational , causal . bivariate cross . Using the media and the educational quality that properly : For two structured data collection and measurement and consists of two aspects questionnaires were prepared . The instruments meet the qualities of validity and reliability. The population studied consisted of 17 students, a teacher and an assistant / mother, belonging to an initial level educational institution of Pueblo Libre. The categories studied were five: types of conflict, causes of conflict, perceptions of conflicts, teacher-student interaction: teacher action, and child interaction. The instruments applied were the observation guide and the interview guide. Among the most outstanding findings, it can be affirmed that the interactions occurred from various causes and types, and that the attitudes and strategies of the teacher and students did not interfere with the resolution of the evidenced conflicts.

The analysis of the conditions in which an individual starts a career in university teaching is the departure point of this work, whose core interest is the initiation period. With previous research about work insertion into the education sector as a reference, this paper discusses the relevance of support provided to staff in the initial stages of their work, as an opportunity to equip them with the training they lack.
