Se buscó determinar la influencia de las competencias administrativas desarrolladas en las directoras sobre la calidad del servicio educativo que ofrecen las instituciones educativas del nivel inicial en la Unidad de Gestión Local 07, Perú. Esta investigación se enmarca dentro del modelo positivista y de tipo básica-sustantiva, con nivel explicativo y de diseño transversal y no experimental.
