El siguiente proyecto nace de la idea de cubrir las necesidades de los consumidores brindándoles otra opción de Jabones, con nuevas fragancias en base a hierbas y frutas oriundas del Perú. La empresa se dedicará a la producción y comercialización de jabones naturales con fragancias de hierbas naturales oriundas del Perú. Los productos naturales para utilizar serán la manzanilla, hierba luisa, muña, así como también semillas de cacao y almendras ricas en aceites para proporcionar una humectación especial a la piel.

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar los valores cristianos en los padres adolescentes en relación con la crianza de sus hijos. La metodología se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo con diseño correlacional transversal. Tuvo como técnica a la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Se aplicó a una población y muestra conformada por 52 padres y madres adolescentes, teniendo como resultados que, los valores cristianos son significativos en los padres y madres adolescentes, de los cuales se desprende que el 73.1% corresponde a 38 padres y madres adolescentes que están de acuerdo en la formación y enseñanza los valores cristianos a sus menores hijos. El presente estudio de tipo descriptivo y corte transversal, tuvo como objetivo determinar el control de calidad de una solución oral antibacteriana elaborada a partir del aceite esencial extraído de las hojas de Salvia macrophylla Benth (salvia), recolectadas en el centro poblado menor El Porvenir, distrito de Huarango, provincia de San Ignacio, departamento de Cajamarca; así mismo identificar el método adecuado para la obtención el aceite esencial y elaborar una solución oral antibacteriana. In this study, a non-experimental, cross-sectional design with a descriptive-correlational scope was used to examine the relationship between cyber victimization and school engagement. There were 391 students who participated, 51.7% male and 48.3% female, aged 13 to 18 years (M=15.3, SD=0.895), from third (24.5%), fourth (38.8%), and fifth (36.5%) grades of secondary school from three private schools in Lima. For data collection, the School Cybervictimization Scale (ECE) and the School Involvement Scale (EIE-A) were applied. Among the results, high levels of cyberbullying victimization were found in 16% and very high levels in 21.7% of students, as well as low levels of school engagement in 20.5% and very low levels in 19.4% of students. The objective of this study was the characterization of the learning strategies of higher education students of a university in Lima. To achieve this purpose, the focus is qualitative, which allows us to interpret the same practice of the students. The methodology of this research, included direct observation and in-depth interviewing, and was aimed at understanding the reasons for practice in certain strategies. The conclusion of the research is that the metacognitive strategies, the processing of information and the control of the context become the fundamental principles at the moment of learning by students.

The psychometric properties of the General Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) and its ultra-short versions, the GAD-2 and the GAD-Mini, were evaluated in a sample of 407 students from two Peruvian universities (259 females and 148 males). First, a structural analysis was performed using the CFA, showing a good fit with respect to the instrument's unifactorial model χ²(14) = 31.717, CFI = .995, TLI = .992, RMSEA = .056, SRMR = .026. In addition, a measurement invariance analysis was performed, finding a stable unifactorial structure considering sex. Furthermore, evidence of convergent validity was analyzed in the GAD-7 and its ultra-short versions, presenting moderate correlations with instruments such as the PHQ-2 and the AAQ-II. The study aimed to explore the psychometric properties of research competency scales published in the scientific literature in seven databases: Scopus, Web Of Science, ERIC, Embase, EBSCO, PubMed and SciELO between 2014 and June 2023. Thirteen papers were systematized, where 11 scales were found that measured content validity using indexes such as the S-CVI, Aiken's V and item-test correlations. Similarly, the results of the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) presented adequate fit indices such as CFI, GFI, TLI, SRMR and RMSEA, which validated the factor structure. La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo principal describir de qué manera la indisciplina instruccional influye en la convivencia escolar de los estudiantes del primer grado de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Parroquial Luz Casanova del distrito de Breña. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, con un diseño de investigación-acción y de enfoque cualitativo. Los sujetos de estudio están constituidos por 7 docentes y 37 estudiantes, los cuales han sido determinados a criterio del investigador, y por tal motivo, no se ha hecho uso de procedimientos estadísticos matemáticos. Los instrumentos utilizados son la guía de entrevistas, el cuestionario, y la guía de observación. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que la indisciplina instruccional afecta en forma considerable la convivencia escolar de los estudiantes de la referida institución educativa.
