The socio-familiar context has been blamed for multiple events, both favorable and unfavorable, even more so in the development of children and adolescents; In accordance with this reality, the objective of this review article is to analyze the scientific literature that reveals the way in which the socio-family context favors emotional intelligence in adolescents. We worked under the guidelines of the PRISMA systematization matrix, where the databases analyzed were SCOPUS, PUBMED, SCIELO, REDALYC, with 3444 articles found between 2018 and 2022 respectively, after the selection process, 14 articles that met the criteria were analyzed. the criteria established by the investigator. La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión municipal y el cumplimiento de metas en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Pablo – Bellavista, periodo 2020. El estudio es de tipo aplicada de nivel descriptivo – correlacional y diseño no experimental. La muestra está conformada por 17 funcionarios y el instrumento utilizado es el cuestionario. Results: The STEAM approach has been developed in the field of university education since 2010; however, its continuity between 2012 and 2014 was affected. The study aimed to explore the psychometric properties of research competency scales published in the scientific literature in seven databases: Scopus, Web Of Science, ERIC, Embase, EBSCO, PubMed and SciELO between 2014 and June 2023. Thirteen papers were systematized, where 11 scales were found that measured content validity using indexes such as the S-CVI, Aiken's V and item-test correlations. Similarly, the results of the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) presented adequate fit indices such as CFI, GFI, TLI, SRMR and RMSEA, which validated the factor structure. Reliability was mostly evaluated through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, yielding high and consistent values.
